Visiting the birthplace of buffalo wings has been on my foodie bucket list, so I'm really glad I was able to visit Anchor Bar's original location! We ordered the original flavor, medium buffalo, and it was definitely tasty! Being from Connecticut, I've noticed when I've had wings in the Buffalo area, they're not as saucy as I'm used to. Crispiest and most tender wings I've ever had. Perfection. I just got the medium heat because I wanted the original wings experience, could have gone hotter. My wife had the best Caesar salad ever. She didn't expect that, she was just going to humor me, but she was amazed at how good it was. The buffalo wing soup was a treat as well.
