“My best friend and I had the privilege of meeting these two wonderful women in Toronto after a concert. We had no cell service to call a taxi to bring us back to our Air BNB and kept getting wrong directions from everyone. We had stopped them to ask if they knew where to pick up a taxi, and instead of giving us the run around, like everyone else, they gave us a ride to our Air Bnb an hour out of their way with no hesitation. And for that they will always have 2 new customers for life, and anytime anyone we know goes to Buffalo we will recommend they visit their establishment. “We were there late morning on a Tuesday. The waitress Sharon was very friendly. We started with the coffee. It was very good and I don’t normally drink coffee. It was a cold day in December though. Needed something to warm me up. I got their 10yr anniversary skillet. Highly recommend it. It has scrambled eggs, spicy Italian sausage, potatoes, green peppers and mozzarella cheese melted over the top. DELICIOUS! My wife had the #3 which is scrambled eggs, home fries and choice of meat (she chose turkey sausage) with Texas toast. She said it hit the spot. Definitely going back again.“

The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. “Went to Timmy ho's as it us called to get coffee. Let me tell you this is the best coffee on this side of the Mississippi. I would advise everyone to go here. “As somebody in the service industry, all too often customers only review places when they're mad about something. So here's my review of Starbucks on transit and Wherle: I realize Starbucks costs a decent buck compared to the other coffee places in the city, but it's worth it for the customer service alone. I have been to this Starbucks twice today and each time they were super helpful and super nice. The second time, the guy at the window took the time to explain all the different drinks he could make for kids, regardless of the fact that there was a line, and he was probably a little bit in the weeds. Not many people handle the weeds with such grace 💁🏼‍♀️ They never get short with me like other places do, and caramel macchiatos are like liquid sex (sorry, mom 😂). So this is just a bartender, giving the crew at Starbucks the credit they deserve because honestly, they kick butt and deserve all the tips. 💁🏼‍♀️ I have no idea if one of their bosses will ever read this but if they do: I hope you treat your staff awesome and with respect, because they totally deserve it. ✌️“

“Food was normal Tim Hortons fare, with almost attentive service, but the location really struck me with the width of the aisle which, even though I’m not in a wheelchair anymore, it is still something I notice. Restroom had two restrooms, each was shown on door as being three kinds which really impressed me. Family/Female/Male for both was completely outside my norm so was thrilled to share how very clean and more than big enough for a wheelchair. And enough space to access the restroom too with wider than normal aisle.“
