“I attended today Matt Riley at The Red Shed Tap Room for the second time. this place is phenomenal the people that own it and the people that come to this place are very very generous. I recommend if you are not doing anything on a Saturday afternoon to please go and support The Red Shed Tap Room. I am sure I will go back again and again. it gives you more of a family oriented place then a commercial place. I highly recommend over and over again to come out and support this business.”

“I had the most magical long weekend in Sharon Springs with my girlfriends. We stayed at The American hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting this quaint town. The hotel is charming and cozy and the restaurant and bar are an added bonus. We had their breakfast every morning—absolutely wonderful. We also dined there for 2 dinners. Coming from the DMV I can assure you the crab cakes are authentic and delicious. The standout dish though is the mushroom ragout (pictured). Well developed flavors that just melt in your mouth. The lounge area around the fire stove is warm and welcoming—we spent a lot of our time there mingling with other guests. Last but not least, the staff is incredible. Mike, Marco, Linda, and Chris are so hospitable and truly made the stay fabulous. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“As a former Resident of Sharon Springs, I had been to Stone House Farm about 15 years ago for one of their delicious Pancake Breakfasts. We now live in Southwest Florida, but visit family annually in the area. I wanted to bring back some NY Maple Syrup, and Farm Raised Local Beef. I was not disappointed in either from the Stone House Farm. Top Quality products! I love that they offer the 3 varieties of Maple Syrup. Don't ever let anyone tell you that there's no difference in Local Farm Raised Meats. My only issue is next year I need a big truck, and better coolers to get it all home. 😆 The Owners are very friendly, and accommodating. Thanks again!”

“Stopped in and decided to give the new owners a shot. we were not disappointed one bit. it was absolutely the best meal we have had out in a long time. great size portions, flavorful food, very friendly and welcoming staff, price was very reasonable for our meal. 1000x improvement over the last meal I had under former owners, we will be eating there every chance we get”

“I give them 100percent. Love there food and pizza but last nite Friday we got lg pizza w/ peppers sausage onions, I was very disappointed there was hardly not much toppings, not sure if someone new made it was very disappointed”

“I would say it’s ok, just basic sub, but not 5 stars. The size of a full sub it’s pretty big. We wish they would have had chicken as option and toasted. Everything is cold cut.”
