“Staff were polite and got our food to us quickly. Ketchup machine was broken and there was a very long line of people so I could not get packets for my French fries. 😒 The men's room what's filthy, the toilet needed cleaning and the door on the outside and the inside had greasy fingerprints all over it. Disgusting.“

“If you have never been to Castlewood Cafe, now is the time! With higher prices and decreasing quality and every popular chain, Castlewood continues to offer their large menu, with same quality products! They have not changed that in this economy! My family chooses Castlewood over all the restaurants in this area! What’s more, the friendly smiles and excellent waiting staff! I strongly recommend this small mom and pop diner that has a menu to satisfy everyone, even the pickiest of eaters!“

“Everything wasn’t just fine. Cesar salad was okay- toss it with homemade Cesar- add more steak strips and you’ll have something more than store bought croutons.
Shepard pie was yum. Fish sandwich and sweet potato fries were good too.
Check your bill. We had a major mess up- but sweet server made amends. If we didn’t look it over, we would have paid $37more.

“Not gonna lie, I honestly thought this place shut down several years ago. It's open now and just the same as I remember it from before COVID.
It used to be a Browns Backers bar on Sundays, but I'm not sure that's the case anymore. Either way, it's nice to have it back!“

“I go to applebees atleast once a week. This past week my waitress was Desarae A, she was wonderful!! People like her keeps me coming back. It's my birthday next week. And she just really made my day, told me I reminded her of her daughter, and to celebrate my birthday every day ?“

“Location was VERY BUSY because they had 4 people call out for the lunch shift. The staff were overwhelmed with the lunch rush but remained pleasant and got EVERYTHING right on our order. We are pleased with everything and shout out to the staff that came in today and busted their butts. Keep up the good work.“
