“I'm Chinese, and I found the food to be tasty. Being in Cobleskill, it's designed for the American palete--heavier sauces to add to the flavor. I recently ordered Yangzhou fried rice--fried white which is authentic--as well as chicken with broccoli with other assorted vegetables, which had a very snappy flavor. I also ordered fried dumplings, which were prepared very well.“
