“I love a good wine with my meal. That being said outside of a high end restraunt I have been no place in the area where the house sommelier picks the selection of wine like Saints and Scholars. You would have to buy a bottle if even then to get the quality of their house serve alone. I could write a book on the menu, not a bad choice to be found, but I will stop here. If you adore a good glass with a beautiful dinner/ brunch with exceptional service. Look no further.“

“Great view, and great staff, there were always long lines for the 2 bathrooms though. I also do NOT recommend the margaritas, they are pre-batched with some nasty mixers. Stick to the 1&1 (vodka soda, gin tonic etc), or beer. Our friends did order the burger, and it looked and smelled amazing.“

“This dive bar is simply the best. It is not a flashy, new concept type of bar. When I walked in, I had this bizarre, deja vu experience where it felt like home. It felt like I had already been there a thousand times before and everyone was an old friend. The drinks are cheap and they are served with love. I'm pretty sure the Brad Lander for Mayor social event got cancelled today (5/30/25); these things have small turnout, & maybe don't add much to the discussion. I came here anyway to have a refreshing beer in honor of a candidate whose ideas 💡, career, & intestinal fortitude seem to be quite refreshing in American politics. I've definitely never been in this fine bar 🍻 before, & I can't remember the last time I walked on this block. I still think you should rank Lander first 🥇🏆 in the upcoming NYC mayoral primary election (June 24, 2025).“

“Came on a Friday evening. The food and service were good. The DJ was spinning good R&B. The restaurant is small and a little unorganized when it comes to waiting for a table. I get that it's a neighborhood spot, and everyone knows each other, but if it's a restaurant, treat it like one. If it's a lounge, change it to a lounge and not a restaurant.“

“I love their happy hour that starts at noon as well as their beer selection but allow me to say this about their outside seating service: it is dam near nonexistent except for a tall beautiful black woman from a few months back and a young man named Norie who served me last week. These two people were the ONLY ones that were attentive to me in all the times I sat outside to drink. I was actually surprised how much Norie checked in with me, because aside from him and the aforementioned, I was often treated as an afterthought. Very often i would even go inside to the bar myself to get my own refills!
Again, they have a fabulous happy hour and i do like the out of the way location with my bus stop across the street. The food is decent if a little overpriced for bar food but at least its not as bad as The Bronx Public. Again, if you sit outside then hopefully your assigned server is Norie!“

“Visited on 7/5. The chicken was tasty, and the atmosphere was lively, though a bit noisy. We had a great time here on Saturday night.
One small thing — there were some food scraps and bones left in the buckets from the previous table, so a quick cleanup between guests would make the experience even better.“

“I came here a couple Sundays ago on a first date. We were seated right away and got our drinks. The food was really yummy. It was busyish but not super crowded or overly loud. About halfway through our meal there was a drag show beginning in the back, but we didn't end up checking it out (though we will next time!) The prices were reasonable and it was fun and yummy. Will certainly return!“

“This is a nice pub that seems to cater to locals. I had Ryan's burger and a few beers. The burger was really very good. The beers were fresh, the staff was nice enough. It's your typical old school neighborhood pub with really good burgers. Parking is a bit of a hassle though, so be warned.“
