The mango yuzu soda was so refreshing, although it was not that carinated, it was still so good. The thai milk tea was also so good, it wasn’t too overbearingly sweet like all the other thai teas I've had more in recent years.“

I just got them to cater a ~20 person tailgate on a Sunday morning: portobello mushroom sandwiches, turkey meatball subs, shrimp po-boys, and sweet potato pound cake (wow). Everything was delicious, and Shakoor went above and beyond, walking me through the options beforehand and thoughtfully preparing and packing the food the day of to make sure it all traveled well. The Chocolate Chip Walnut was the ultimate balance of everything you look for in a comfort treat while the Funfetti flavor caught me by surprise and is now considered the best sugar cookie I ever had in my life. There is two other flavors in the box I have yet to try and I have a feeling they won't disappoint, but after having those two said flavors, it is without a doubt that I will definitely be coming back for more sometime soon in the near future. “This is our favorite cookie shop in the Upper West Side and it’s not even close. We live right around the corner and come here several times a week for warm, freshly made cookies with a crispy outside and warm and perfect inside. The employees must have been selected from the kindest people in NYC and Nadirah in particular is a ray of sunshine whenever we see her. The sweetness of the cookies is just right, not too much and not too little.

This place is better in my opinion than Levain, which is too sweet and over the top, and waaaaay better than the horrible Crumbl, that has no flavor and is just a pound of pure sugar and shortening.

Give Chip City a try! We slept on it for a couple of years and then walked in one night on a whim and we have been hooked ever since. Also if you come here often the counter staff will know you and the loyalty program is pretty generous.“

“Honestly, if you've heard any hype about this place, believe it. Not only are the staff amazing (yes, all of the staff!) not only are you greeted with warm welcomes but you're immediately greeted with the warm smell of the delicious cookies on hand. We've compared the lineup of cookies to 'other' cookie shops and they don't stand up to Chip City. Our favorites have been the Confetti and Triple Chocolate. My personal fave was the Rainbow cookie so grab when it makes an appearance. And yes, you can check on their site for the week's lineup and plan accordingly. I also want to mention that there is a rewards points system in play of you choose to share your number (they promised me it was only used for points and they don't sell your number- I haven't received any unsolicited texts since signing up). The quickest way to rack up points of buying the Box Sets (3 or 6). Enjoy!

I got the lychee rose coconut pudding dessert, which comes with lychee and rose and coconut pudding served right inside a young coconut. They even give you a special spoon designed just for scraping the pulp out of the coconut at the end, which was a great touch. We also got the coconut milk purple rice ice sweet bowl, which was delicious and packed with toppings. We also tried the roasted pears with peach gum and snow lotus seeds. It was not too sweet, tasted incredibly authentic, and felt genuinely unique. Solid option if you want something different and high quality.

Our group tried three different things at this place, and yet I'm still excited to go back and try even more. Well done!“

“Love seeing the fresh mochi being made to order by the machine!! Worker was also friendly! It comes out warm and the seasoning reminds me of injeolmi but a little less sweet! The mochi itself was warm/ hot and had a very unique texture. You can taste the bumpy pricey bits but it’s not like something that you bite on and get a completely different texture when you hit a lump, overall it is still smooth just textured. 4/5
