“This spot is a mash up with a bunch of different restaurants out of one kitchen. I stopped for Nathan's - the food was made fresh and it was delicious. They also had a burger place, Toxic wings, chicken, a cookie joint and Ralph's Ices... all at one counter. Very small area, so not a lot of space to wait. I didn't mind though since Nathan's are few and far between on Long Island now (which is a shame).“
“Burgers dogs sides and fries were top notch bathroom and floors squeaky clean and soda fountains were properly maintained with adequate syrup. Place is a former taco bell from decades ago and is never a hit n miss. TV works well and staffers inside and the drive thru were very friendly would eat here again!“
“We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we went to this fine place which friends told us about. We had a beautiful time there with delicious dishes and a courteous crew and a professional chef. We added this venue in our list and we will surely go again very soon. We warmly recommend.“
“Charlie’s Legendary Hot Dogs truly lives up to its name. The three hot dog special I had for lunch was a masterclass in flavor and variety. The first hot dog with sauerkraut, mustard, and ketchup was a classic delight, while the second with cheese and onion sauce was rich and satisfying. The third, topped with chili, cheese sauce, and bacon, was an indulgent treat. Paired with chips and a soda for $14.00. The employees working inside are delight to talk to, and will tell you stories of the truck. I Highly recommended!“
“We recently used Philly Pretzel Factory in Smithtown for a school event and ordered 750 pretzels from Craig. They were all individually wrapped and ready to serve. They were absolutely delicious and everyone loved them! I will definitely continue to buy pretzels from this location. The owner was easy to work with, prompt with communication, and super friendly. He even checked in with us during the day to see if we needed anything. Thanks Craig! Wishing you and your family the very best in your new endeavor here at Philly Pretzel Factory!“
“The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly and it was all delicious. I had a cheeseburger, hotdog , and fries. The only thing I didn't really care for was the cheese sauce that I bought to dip my fries in. It just had a weird taste. I would eat there again next time I'm in the area.“
“Very good cheesesteaks, clearly a cut above the average. You can tell these use quality ingredients, and they aren't skimping here. My sandwich was huge. I got a whole footlong and it was excessive lol. Fries were scrumptious too like artisinal. Amazing.“
“Happy to report the All American roadside hamburger stand is not dead. It’s alive and well in Islip. The friendly staff is up Serving no frills burgers, chicken sandwiches, dogs and sides in an unassuming road site location this place sparks up instant nostalgia. The food is simple and affordable and family friendly. They have limited seating inside and additional seating outside which is great when the weather is warmer. The perfect place to take the kids after baseball practice for a burger and a delicious milkshake. The shakes and the root beer floats should not be missed. This spot is a neighborhood gem!!!“
“We enjoyed the Angus cheeseburgers at BurgerFi. The BurgerFi name stamped on the roll was a nice touch. The burgers were cooked well and made with quality ingredients. The veggie burger was moist, with fresh lettuce on a multi-grain bun. The shakes are flavorful and thick. BurgerFi's onion rings were the best I have had in a long time. They were large, crispy, not too doughy. The original jumbo chicken wings were very tasty. The restaurant was wide open with high ceilings and plenty of seating. There are tables outside for dining when the weather is nice.“
