“Update: Called Tommy’s and they made it right!

This place used to be our go-to and we had nothing but good experiences but recently, the past several times we’ve ordered we have had nothing but issues. Between taking over an hour for deliveries (on week days later at night, not during dinner rush) and then today not bringing our garlic knots we had ordered and being over 15 min late with the delivery… The food has also been over cooked recently and our pizza today wasn’t even hot. We usually tip the drivers good so I’m not sure if it’s just us who has been experiencing this? But we will be finding a new pizza place to order from going forward.“

“I was introduced to this deli when my mother-in-law was in a rehab facility and had a craving for a turkey sandwich. She loved their sandwiches and desserts that now when she is back living at home in Colonie we travel to the deli and get lunch for our family. Service, food and culture are always great! Gus's is a legendary culinary institution in blue collar Watervliet. It is greasy, messy, inexpensive, unhealthy, and monumentally a must-do Capital District bucket list visit. I grew up across the river in Troy, NY, but I've lived in Central Virginia for 20 years. I visit Gus's every time I return to visit my family.“

“We love the RB, going there, the music, etc. Food is very good, great pizza. Recently did take out of 2 melts, delicious. Couple things though... 1) really really irks me when anyone i'm paying doesnt say thanks, thank you, etc. It was take out, I even gave a nice tip. Say thank you - goes a long way. 2) fries were Ok, not great, pasty and just eh, 3) salad greens were disgusting. Inedible, tasted like they were in dirty water, and 4) parking lot was thrashed. this was sat, so cleanup from friday should've been done. Empty bottles, cans, etc. Gross. We'll go back, but it will be a bit.“

“B-rads catered my wedding recently. It was by far the best food i have had. For cocktail hour was had bacon wrapped Pierogies, chicken and waffle skewers, coconut shrimp. There was also this massive charcuterie table that everyone was talking about. For dinner we had pulled pork, lemon pepper chicken, and brisket. Sides were mac n cheese, slaw, salad, corn bread, rolls ect. Everything was SO good. The brisket fell apart and was amazing. My husband loved the mac n cheese (it was amazing also). Everyone talked about how amazing the food was. Pricing was good also. They were great to work with leading up to the wedding and even called a couple days before hand to make sure we didn’t need anything else. 10/10 recommend them to cater any event!“

Had a problem ordering online for pick up, so I called to see if order & payment went through and the lady who took my call was extreamly patient and checked for me. luckily it did go through and even let me know when I could pick it up as I was disconnected from there sight before I was given a time. when I arrived the same lady I spoke with on the phone gave me my order and said it just came out, and it was very hot just as she said. Every thing was great, and so much food. I even have enough leftovers for dinner tonight. Can't thank them enough for the great service, delicious food.
