With the gluten free meal. After calling and indicating a gluten allergy. So my wife has to remove the bread and clean the container before I can eat. It's worth the trouble, but it seems like a no-brainer that when someone orders gluten free, there shouldn't be bread in the bag.“

I have to meet your driver 3 stories down at the front door because they will not come in the building to deliver/ your place is the restaurant in town that has this ridiculous idea of how to do business! It definitely affects me as to where I’m going to order from as I’m sure other tenants feel the same way.
Having said that - I think I just had the BEST meatball grinder that I’ve had in years.

My only issue is that whenever I order poke, it always seems like they are out of ingredients, and I find myself not ordering exactly what I wanted because I have to substitute so many things. Even at times and days of the week when you’d think they wouldn’t be that busy, it seems like there is always something that they are running out of here. We all know there’s two things that make a good pizza, dough and sauce, and Joe’s has both nailed down tight! My other big favorite is grandma‘s meatballs, they have an extraordinary flavor. It’s obvious that they take an unmatched pride in their work. The staff is always kind and attentive. I actually like it when I’ve got a few minutes to wait when I’m picking up on a busy Friday, watching the crew is interesting as they run like a finally tuned machine and do their best to get everybody taken care of in a timely manner. They are quick, often delivering faster than expected and the food is always great!
