He was so great, he remembered my call and explained everything so well and I realized it was my error and apologized. “Super cold inside the building and it was like a warehouse. Concrete floors, metal chairs and it was cold. Sticky floors, disgusting. Had cheese steak, it was supposed to have onions and peppers, it had one piece of pepper and one piece of onion. Do not recommend.“

I stopped by Blimpie at Hauppauge recently and had a fantastic experience — not just because of the delicious sub, but because of the amazing service!
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They greeted me with a smile, were incredibly patient while I looked over the menu, and answered all my questions without rushing me. You could tell they really cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The sandwich artist took the time to carefully build my sub just the way I asked, and even offered suggestions to make it better — which it absolutely was! It’s rare to find fast food places where the employees seem genuinely happy to be there and go out of their way to provide great customer service, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. On top of that, the sub was fresh, packed with flavor, and made to perfection. I’ll definitely be returning — not just for the food, but because the great service made the visit that much better.“
