“The manager is so nice. I called a few weeks ago about an error that I thought was made and was told to ask for him on my next visit. Well, my next visit was today. He was so great, he remembered my call and explained everything so well and I realized it was my error and apologized. He offered me a discount for the confusion, he didn’t have to do that, that was amazing. I appreciate his patience and great communication, this was excellent service and I appreciate it. “Super cold inside the building and it was like a warehouse. Concrete floors, metal chairs and it was cold. Sticky floors, disgusting. Had cheese steak, it was supposed to have onions and peppers, it had one piece of pepper and one piece of onion. Do not recommend.“
