At some point in the evening, my diamond and ruby bracelet came off my wrist! I was unaware this happened! The bracelet was found by the staff and they contacted the chairman of the event who recognized my bracelet and it was returned to me. Whoever found that bracelet could have slipped it in the pocket but they didn’t!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your honesty. This bracelet has great sentimental value! “We had a three-year engagement planned, specifically so we could take our time on the planning and ensure we had exactly what we wanted. We scheduled many venue viewings; Birch Hill was our first.....and last. From the second we walked into the venue we felt that feeling, when you know, you know. From the elegant lobby, to the two beautiful indoor options, we saw endless possibilities for our special day. We ultimately chose the Conservatory ballroom for our winter wedding. Our wedding planner was Serena, and that was no easy choice as every single event planner we met was fantastic, welcoming, and comforting. Serena was there for us any hour of the day with any question large or small. From the initial planning jitters, right down to the final inevitably stressful bridal-madness moments, Serena was there. I felt confident in her commitment to my day. Serena never made me feel like a bother, or an inconvenience. Now, to the special day...... From the moment I arrived at the venue, Serena greeted me and did everything she possibly could to ensure I felt not an ounce of pressure or anything other than joy. We chose the Ultimate package, and even customized the package to fit our needs opting for the self serve buffet style rather than plated meals. The number one piece of feedback we got from guests was how absolutely amazing the food was. The cocktail hour was so beautifully executed, one guest asked when the Bride and Groom were going to come enjoy dinner, and thought we were missing it! The events of the evening were perfectly aligned with all our views and dreams. I will recommend this venue wholeheartedly, forever. One of my absolute favorite memories is standing outside the ballroom, nervously about to enter, on my dads arm, and seeing Serena's smiling face open the door to my future. As my now husband and I exited the ceremony, she greeted us with two champagne glasses and a hug that felt like it was from an old friend. Absolutely perfect.“

She always responded as soon as possible to my emails and calls. Although she was not officially working Betsy answered my "desperate" message and walked me through everything for after the service on Tues.......when we arrived home everything was set up nicely and on time. The food was beyond amazing in taste as well as the quantity. The meatballs and sauce were so good the leftovers are frozen.
