He answered all my questions and made the party planning process seamless, from selecting the drink menu to choosing the meals, even including little boxes of chocolates as a special touch. “My boyfriend & I came here for dinner while on an overnight in East Aurora. Outstanding food and service! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and even changed the channel for us on the TV closest to us. The Kobe beef burger was phenomenal! Highly recommend. “This place was in my hotel, Millennium, and it was a great experience!!! The food was actually tremendous. I had a drink, a shrimp cocktail, a couple of wines and the chicken parm. Everything was great!! My server, Hallie McKinnie, was absolutely the best and nicest server I can ever remember!!! Food, ambiance, service were again, top notch!!! This was better than a lot of restaurants I have eaten at. the shrimp cocktail was the best also!!!! Very cool place. they could up their wine list but that's not a big thing here in Buffalo...... IT was very good!!“

“While we have always enjoyed our meals at The Mansard in the past, our last two visits have been uninspiring. Our most recent visit on 8/3 was average at best. The bartender had BOTH sliding glass doors (no screens) open in the bar area causing swarms of flies to circle us our ENTIRE meal, in the dining area. Although friendly, our waitress said there were no specials that evening, after I specifically asked what the specials were. I overheard other waitresses telling patrons what the specials were, so I knew there WERE specials. The musty smell of the stained drapery needs to be replaced ASAP, as the odor hits you as soon as you get to the front door. Please be better and ACT like the "fine" dining restaurant you want to be! Very disappointed...The food is the ONLY thing worth coming to The Mansard for...We miss Steve!!“

“This has become my go to lunch place. The bowls are VERY large considering the price. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. I can have my bowl created and be out the door often times in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very chill. I have been coming here 2 - 3 times a week now because it just makes sense!“

“I haven't eaten here yet but I plan on real soon. I doordashed from here the other night and I wanted to you know inspect the food and it looked photoshopped lol. In other words the presentation was immaculate everything was neat and clean and you know it wasn't real busy so there wasn't like a huge mess all over the place but everything looked super fresh and delicious and the staff was very accommodating and explained their menu and everyone was in the positive mood and happy and I felt great being inside this restaurant and I can't wait to bring a date here or my family. “Noplace to sit and eat, but who cares when it's this good. They have the best Texas Hots in my opinion. I don't get anything else but back in the day the breakfasts were awesome too. This particular location of Louis has the best Texas Hots for some reason. Awesome. Really nice staff as well. :)“

Always had friendly service- even if the person walking by is not our server - they always smile and make eye contact, food has always been delicious. I’ve been there a few times with people who’ve never been- and we’ve always left with them talking about what a great choice of restaurant. Keep it up!!“
