“We stopped in on a Tuesday because we were shopping in the area and are so glad we did! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was nice (maybe the music could be lowered), and the food was amazing! I had the duck two ways and it was gorgeous and perfectly cooked. He had the enormous pork chop, also cooked perfectly and juicy. Great cocktails and apps as well. Highly recommend.“

“We move to this area a few months ago and drove by the country cottage many times and we finally decided to try the breakfast. It was outstanding! The wait time was very short even when it was busy. The waitresses were very good and the food is awesome! The country cottage is definitely our new go to for breakfast! We've enjoyed the breakfasts here many times and each time it's outstanding! “Really great wings. They changed the chicken fingers, they went from being on par with Tully's in terms of impressive, to some low quality meat smaller ones. Not sure what the deal is there. Just stay clear of those and the place is pretty great.“

“A fun summer lunch on the water at Dockside Bar & Grill! We only waited about 10 minutes for a table and were given the option of dining inside or outside. Since the doors were open and there wasn't any air conditioning, the temperature felt pretty similar either way so we opted for a table right alongside the water

I started with a fun summer cocktail and ordered the double burger with an egg. I actually asked if I could just have a single patty, but was told the burger only comes as a double. They said that I could always take the extra patty home, which gave us a laugh!

I also ordered the Caesar side salad, and I really appreciated that our waitress asked if anchovies were okay before bringing it out. The menu doesn't mention them, and they're definitely not for me, so that was much appreciated

The restaurant has a large bar plus an upstairs seating area too. Overall, it's a cool waterfront spot with a laid-back atmosphere and good comfort food which was exactly what we were looking for on a weekday summer afternoon.

They accept all major credit cards, and there's also an ATM located right inside the entrance. Parking lot out front was easy to find a space.“

My wife had filet it was perfect, I had rack of lamb, but it was not a rack but 2 rack bones with 3 inches of meat hanging off, I could not even cut the meat with a steak knife, had to send it back to be cut. beware when you order a rack $70“

“Went here for the first time just to have a few drinks and dinner .. The bartenders were very welcoming. The moment we came in we sat at the bar. Natalie was the first bartender to greet us . They have lots of menu items to choose from a large cocktail list large beer and wine list and the service was amazing. The bartenders were very attentive to us and Natalie took care of us most of the time that we were there and her service was just absolutely amazing. They made really good dirty gin martinis for me and I also tried an espresso martini and it was delicious. We got the Mediterranean flatbread. It was so good and a steak sandwich and fries. Everything was cooked to our liking and the drinks and food were amazing along with the service and conversation Definitely a 10 out of 10 and I can’t believe this was my first time going here. I wish I would’ve found this place a lot sooner. It will now be one of my favorites. I can’t wait to come back and try more things. Definitely a 10 out of 10.“

“Cool buffalo relic of the past. Older crowd, cheap pricing and a small parking lot out back. Went in at 9pm on a Saturday and it was just two patrons and the bar was ready to close by 10. But they open at 8am. Super clean facility especially for how much history it has.“

“Scott was out bartender, and server the few nights we were in town. And Scott was the absolute best. The first night we were in town the hotel was packed with a hockey tournament and everyone coming in early for the last bills game. The hotel staff didn't think to staff the bar/restaurant with more than him and a cook for the night. So getting our food and his time was quite an ordeal. Two and a half hours for food from start to finish.
That being said Scott stopped by, apologized, talked with us, understood our frustration, we understood his, and we could not blame him. He made being there enjoyable for anyone that entered. A man who took a job that could make many angry for a lot of other people serious and really made sure you were taken care.“
