“I had been at a different subway for 15 years. They had new management, and went downhill very fast. I came to this subway Southgate Plaza West Seneca, New York, and found it to be very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. The workers, especially the owner, were extremely efficient in what they do. In fact, many of them remembered what I ate and what I didn’t eat. I give the subway the highest recommendation.“

“First the Turkey club, then I went and tried the steak hoagie, ham is usually my go to. Every order is perfect and delicious, there's a a guy named Don and a Ryan I'm pretty sure that's their names .I try to order when they are working, since I had a bad experience ordering when a girl was working, no offense but I asked for a lightly toasted roll and it was burnt and hard as a rock lol other than that. “First time going there with my Elderly Dad. No where to sit, but one chair. I had my Dad take while we waited for our food. Rich the cashier there today, Friday was a wonderful man. As we waited, his food came up and he asked they cut two pieces from his sub for us to try while we waited💞 what a sweetheart! We were very happy with all our food takeout. Broccoli cheddar soup has always been my fav and they are one of the only ones that carry it! “I've been to this subway dozens of times and have rarely encountered a long queue. The employees are good at managing the queues, if there are any. However, they wouldn't always pick up the call (when the place is open) and this is the only thing I don't like about this place, they can be better at this and I am sure they will try to improve on this.“
