“the Derby McDonald's is probably the worst one I've ever encountered for months they couldn't make a fish fillet for weeks the shake machine was down and then their toaster went down and they couldn't make any egg McMuffins and even when they do they are hard and nasty terrible like they make hundreds of them at 6:00 a.m. and then they sit there for hours and hours and even when everything is running okay they'll still mess up your order I'll look in my bag every time to make sure my order is correct then I drive away I open up my sandwich and there's no cheese on my egg McMuffin I go out of my way not to go to that McDonald's they are constantly messing up the orders and the food is just bad“

“We were there on 6/2/2021 for lunch inside. The staff was very friendly and food was presented to us very quickly. The chicken salad sandwich I ordered and the crispy chicken sandwich my husband ordered were DELICIOUS! I was pleasantly surprised to see grapes on the chicken salad sandwich and it was larger than I expected.“

“This may be the best service at a fast food restaurant in Hamburg and I have been to most of them. They're a little slow sometimes but still faster than any others. 5-10 min average wait. I know it's fast food so I don't expect top notch food preparation. Occasionally orders can get messed up but the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Their breakfast offerings are not good but that's a corporate issue.“

“If your up north or back east it is. Hard enough to find chicken but when you are BOTH up north and back east, you CAN go with KFC or! GO TO CHESTERS... This chicken place is very difficult to beat. “Walked in (6:50pm) not sure of the closing time..(7pm)... I was prepared to turn around and leave but the young lady, Cameron.. invited me to order... In her head I'm sure it was ugh!...( I managed Retail for more than 16 years). But she did not make me feel that way...she smiled and joked as she took my order... The Subs were awesome!.. even if they had not been, this young lady already made me feel like a truly valued customer.. and that will win my business everytime...Well done Cameron...I highly recommend this location!“
