This time I ordered the latte which was excellent as usual.I have never had a bad experience!The staff is both friendly and efficient. “Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

“I absolutely love the weekday morning crew, not so much the night weekend crew. Drinks are made poorly or wrongly. I feel the weekend night crew are not attentive enough. I’m speaking on the crew that service the counter, not the drive thru. I’ve been coming here for years and I understand things happen, but it can be frustrating. I have to remember not to come here during certain times.“

“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

Today I went inside since the drive thru line was so long and was so impressed by the smooth operation and rapid process they have where they all proactively divide their tasks to get the food and coffee out as quickly as possible. The staff here remember my usual orders and ask if I would like “the usual” when I come in. When I try something different, they remember that too and ask about it on my next visit.

The team is also incredibly fast and efficient, but they never sacrifice quality. I once bought several large tubs of a limited-edition BR flavor that I loved. At other locations, the containers were often not filled all the way, but here they packed each one, pressing it down so there was no empty space left inside.

“10/10 experience. I don't get dunkin often but when I do I always come here. Early today I placed an order threw the dunkin app but it glitched so I was charged but the order never got received by the store. I explained the situation to the manager, showed proof that I was charged, and without hesitation he made my order within 4 minutes and was extremely nice about the whole thing. The store was clean, everyone was working fast, and they were all very nice.“

“Very busy location during mornings with a mix of pickup, delivery and in person ordering. The staff are well organised each with headsets. There seems to be a good fluidity between various order prep and order taking tasks. I’ve been three times during busy periods with no wait time over 1 minute unlike other Dunkin locations which can struggle balancing kiosk and in person ordering fulfilment. Items were fresh (donut and coffee) and delivered as ordered. Make sure you get a paper receipt and note your four digit order number.“

“Store is on a corner near the entrance to northbound Hutch. Limited parking; maybe 12 spots. Store is a decent size, tables and chairs and bathrooms, but is not kept clean. And the service is painfully slow. But the coffee and doughnuts are fresh. ♿️
