“I can’t describe how amazing the food and staff were ! The person who I believe was the manager was very attentive and mad us laugh so much. The person who was cooking our meat tonight was also super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my friends. Thank you so much SSAM TONG !!!!“
“The texture is fresh and tender, the flavor is rich, and every bite is addictive. The service is also very attentive, the waiters are friendly and always smiling. The environment is also very good, clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable and relaxed while dining. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends!“

“Great lil Izakaya! The staff are extremely friendly and hospitalable, the food is delicious, the portion sizes are very generous, and a combination can be made if asked in advance.Definitely get the cheese corn and put some sweet soy sauce on it... And ask for the sweet and spicy sauce on the side, it makes any dish 50 times better lol. There's two other locations in New York, apparently one is in Manhattan, I'm not a local so I can't remember where the other location is... Either way I'm coming back to the Flushing location as I just really love the atmosphere, the location, and the staff...If you see the owner, tell them that the Black nerdy girl from Mississauga recommended the place and said to say hi ?“
“We went late night and really liked the food, beef, lamb, squid skewers were all very flavorful but not overly spicy. Draft beer was very good. It took a while to get out ramen stir fry, but it was pretty tasty! The lamb skewers are pretty big, so don't order too many at first “
“this is one of the best food places in flushing. we come here every time we visit new york and always get numerous lamb skewers. the skewers are so flavorful and extremely juicy. along with the spiciness, it makes a perfect combination and a true jewel of flushing.lamb skewer (9.5/10)“
“my favorite place to eat. i eat here multiple times a week the food is so good. my gameplan is always start off with a fatty cut of meat like pork jowl or thin brisket and ask for lots of onion, liberally salt the meat and onion and let all the fat render and rub the onion and meat across the pan to get the flavor all over. all your meat afterwards will have an amazing flavor“
“A MUST TRY! I’ve been coming here for the past couple months and I can’t get enough! Safe to say, the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had! My favorite is a full rack and ask to get of them deep fried. Super friendly staff give this place a shot you won’t be disappointed.“
“Slightly hard to write this review as I arrived a bit late to the meal. I went here months upon months ago. Not knowing that this was part of Dun Huang, I thought I went to the wrong restaurant but it turned out it was one and the same which was surprising. I was here with a group of nine others. As I arrived a bit late, the soup dumplings had already been there a while but they were still of very good quality. My favorite of the night was the Salted Egg Yolk & Shrimp Stir-Fried Rice Cakes. The texture of the rice cakes were perfect and the egg yolk complimented it well. I also liked the Dry Fried Shredded Eel & Chives. I also would have preferred them less shredded as I couldn't taste much of the eel texture but the sauce was nice and the blend with the chives added some good depth. The Fried Dough Twist Spicy Chicken or Laziji with Mahua was also surprisingly spicy for a restaurant which is primarily Shanghainese now so I guess they still have some influence from the old Dun Huang. I've had it before with these dough twists from the excellent Peppercorn Station and these rivaled that place even though the chicken there was a bit pricier but then again there was larger pieces of chicken in the latter. The Fish Fillets in Sour Cabbage Soup was also pretty solid as well as the Grilled Lamb Kebabs. You can essentially see Andie's review for the rest of my thoughts as they essentially reiterate hers. Yes it was too hot inside and as I was rushing to get there, I got warmer than most but oh well. Would go back but maybe go during the fall or winter if the AC isn't fixed yet. Mid 4“
“I’ve tried my fair share of ayce bbq, and this is easily the BEST. From the meat selection to the dessert bar, it’s so clear how much thought was put into the curation of this restaurant. The service was, also, just exceptional. We came right before the last seating time, and the staff made it known that we shouldn’t rush ourselves. They guided us through what to try, what tastes best etc. Left here incredibly stuffed with not just food, but also the love of the welcoming staff - will definitely be back! Could not recommend more.“
“*Went on a Saturday*Food came out suspiciously fast, but it was ok, no complaints.*Yes, music is loud - but fun loud, not annoying loud*Music was fun. Live DJ was a fun touch to the vibe*Service was attentive and quick, even as the place packed in*I would say, go for a good time, not a chill relaxing time/ Brunch on a Saturday is more vibrant than that.*Lots of all girl tables, hands up, bottomless mimosas... Def a good time ?“
“This review is for take out on a Thursday at 11:30am. There was parking in the front. No diners were in the restaurant but there seem to be a brisk business on takeout. We ordered the Jjambong which was spicy (like the Shin Ramen). It was a huge portion that fit in a large ramen bowl. It was filled with vegetables and noodles. We ordered the beef. The Stir Fried Udon was on the sweet side. It also had a lot of different vegetables. Many places just use onion and carrots. This place gave 6 different vegetables. We ordered this with chicken which is not on the menu but they accommodated us. It's an extra $5. Overall I would go back because they have a lot of traditional foods I want to try. They charge a surcharge for credit cardsParking: Metered Street Parking“
“We haven’t been to Lenny’s in a few years and decided to go for dinner on a Thursday night. The food was just as good as I remembered it. The fried calamari was great. My son devoured the mozzarella sticks. My husband got the linguini alfredo with breaded chicken and I got the penne ala vodka with grilled chicken. The portions were huge, we could have definitely shared. But the food really was fantastic.“
“We three ate here today. Tony, visiting from Ireland, and I each had the 1/2 rack of ribs which we both agreed was excellant, fall off the bone good. I had as my 2 sides collard greens and corn. Both sides were very good, seemed to have a slight pickled flavor and went down easily. She had the pulled pork sandwich, which she found excellent to include the thin bread, and she had to have the bread pudding for dessert, which was topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so we had to help her finish it as it was too big for one person! Definitely the best rib place for both ribs and sides, we look forward to returning. The interior may seem a bit small but in the good sunny sumertime they have outdoor seating for well over a hundred diners. There's plenty of free parking, it's all located in the area behind Fairchild's Funeral parlor. The service is friendly and timely. Do yourself a favor, if you like ribs, you'll like the SmokHaus.Parking: Huge free parking lot behind behind the restaurant“
“The service was excellent, I didn't like that each person cannot choose the option but everyone has to choose the same one to be able to share the table (I don't like soups but my son and my husband do, so everyone we had to pay option 2)“
“My wife presented me with a video of this quaint establishment on social media, inspiring our decision to enjoy a romantic evening at this secluded yet charming restaurant. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by the attentive staff, who exhibited genuine warmth and hospitality. Our server was exceptionally attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. The culinary creations were delectable, and the overall ambiance transported us to the heart of Louisiana. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment if you are seeking a Louisiana-inspired culinary experience.“
“This place is such a gem! Price is not bad, and the food is amazing! I don't know what authentic Tibetan food should taste like, but this place is a family-owned business so I would inclined to believe that they serve authentic food. I came here for lunch today at around 1PM. The place was empty but as I began devouring my lunch, more people showed up for a late lunch, and guessing from the language they speak, they are all Tibetans/Himalayans. The menu is not necessarily friendly to non-Tibetans but my server was kind enough to explain menu items. I did also google some of the names of the food to figure out my order. I settled with an appetizer, a dropa khatsa. It's stir fried beef tripe. It's got a hint of curry but not overpowering and it doesn't remind you of Indian food. I The main dish I ordered was the mala dry pot with rice noodle fan (similar to Korean japchae noodles) with beef stomach (beef tripe but the bible tripe kind), fish balls, and mushrooms. The dry pot was spicy but not overly spicy. I caught a hint of Chinese Five Spice in it. Will definitely come back to try more food!“
“Amazing Filipino restaurant in Queens. We ordered tapsilog, tocilog, batangas style lomi and ube coconut bar. They were delicious and very affordable. We also ordered bangsilog to go. THE UBE COCONUT BAR IS SOOOOOO GOOD! Will definitely come back and try the other food on the menu and the ube coconut bar again!!!“
“This is my third time, and every time the food is served very quickly, and I get sour plum soup every time. I am allergic to beef, so I chose pork belly. The meat quality is very good, very tender, and there are many barbecue toppings. Recommended??“
“Came here with my family for the first time, and we were not disappointed. My family and I were very skeptical of this place because of the mixed reviews but this place is definitely worth a shot.Let me start off with the service. The service was probably one of the best service I’ve ever received dining in a restaurant. They’re quick to take your order, food comes out relatively fast, and they are very kind. Constantly asking if we need refills on the side dishes, sauces and beverages was a very good gesture. The meat was all very flavorful and tasty.I can see why some of the meat can come off as bland or “flavorless” but that’s why the sauces come into play.I’ve never tried anything like soy mayo in my life and that sauce was a really big boost in flavor. All the side dishes were also very flavorful as well and my whole family loved it.The atmosphere was also very welcoming with a diverse set of music playing in the background. Ranging from Korean pop all the way to American hip-hop.Definitely will come back and also is worth a try!“
“I went there with a friend for the first time last week. The staff and owner were all friendly and the food was delicious. The monkfish stew, ribs, and cold noodles were all delicious, so I have to go again and try other dishes. Highly recommended!“
“10/10- this is one experience you must try in your life. The chicken and complimentary side dishes goes hand in hand. Definitely a bit of a wait for the food, so I do recommend calling a head of time for pick up but it will be worth it. The staff members are so kind and there customer service is beyond ordinary. Very juicy chicken and seasoned perfectly!“
“First I worried because it looked not many people inside at 5:30. However each side dishes tasted great. Grilled mackerel tasted so good and fresh. Bossam, steamed pork was good. Ssambab was great with full dishes of fresh vegetables ( I didn’t expect that much because it was winter. All veggies are expensive)Potions enough. I was so satisfied. I will happily recommend this place to my friends. Owner lady looks pride if her food and not so fast but enough kind to refill side dishes. We cleaned all our orders.“
“This restaurant was seriously fantastic! The marinated chicken? Absolutely mouthwatering. And let me tell you, the kalbi marinated steak? It was beyond flavorful and savory, words just don't do it justice. But what really impressed me was how clean the place was, and the staff? They were incredibly friendly and attentive. And with the all-you-can-eat deal, you definitely feel like you're getting your money's worth.“
“The food was absolutely great. I ordered the chicken strips. They were cooked to perfection, inside moist the outside crunchy and tasty. I met the owner who was very friendly. Great place to eat. It would be nice if there were more sides to choose from. ???“
“I don't think I have ever enjoyed eating intestines more. While I have ordered intestines from other Korean BBQ places. This is the first that I have been to that specializes in it.If you are hesitant about internal organs or just grossed out by it. They do have other meat options available to you, i.e beef and pork. But I firmly believe you are doing yourself an injustice if you don't at least give the intestines a try. They are especially good if you let them crisp up a bit more on the grill. They also make a fried rice for you upon request on your grill that the intestines are served on. I do recommend it if you have the stomach space for it. The fired rice pictured is a serving for 3.My only gripe about this place is the table space. The tables are incredibly small. This becomes apparent when you order more dishes outside of the grill.“
“Ordered the cooper pot lamb and mixed vegetables. It's more than enough for two people. The lamb broth is very tasty and tastes so good that we didn't want to waste any. We almost bottomed up and asked for a container to take the rest broth home. The waiter is warm and friendly, always asking if everything is okay or anything is needed.“
“Q44 is a very chilled spot. And affordable prices. This is a great place to just chill and laugh. They play a little bit of everything. For no one to feel left out music wise. The customer service is amazing they check up on you many times to make sure everything is good. The hookah is good depending on who makes it. But it’s a vibe. So check it out and I hope you enjoy it.“
“Always a must whenever someone suggests Korean BBQ. The food and service is always very pleasant. Even during the busier hours, you don't end up waiting too long for a table. If you're around the area, this place is highly recommended.“
“All time favorite korean pork bbq restaurant in ktown, that is the real authentic ktown in flushing, not touristy and hyped up or wanna be hot and viral spot of ktown in Manhattan. I'm a long time patron of this fine, no frills and straightforward pork heaven that this establishment has to offer. I always go for the soy bean paste marinated pork belly on their crystal based grill cooked by lovely ladies who could be perceived curt and indifferent if you are not used to them , lol.It doesn't hurt that they always hook me up with a bottle of soju in pork heaven.“
“So glad to find a new tofu place to go to. Missed BCD, and this place really hit the spot. The menu has much more options and food was delish! I ordered the LA Galbi combo with kimchi tofu. Def recommend coming here. Just a heads up there is parking lot but it's a very busy area. I recommend coming early and a weekday.“
“We walked by this restaurant and decided to have a light dinner after having shaved-ice nearby on a hot day. This is a typical casual KBBQ joint with pretty good charcoal BBQ and good service. We ordered the Kalbi and Squid, both good quality and quite tasty.A neighborhood gem, so glad we gave it a shot and we will be back with friends to try different meats/items next time.“
“Craving for some beer, BBQ food, and some traditional Chinese dishes? Friendship BBQ, conveniently located in Flushing, is the right place for you! Staffs here are very professional, attentive, andvery friendly. We sat down and ordered the one-meter skewer set which comes with veggies, beef, lamb, chicken, a couple Harbin beers, and two soft drinks. Order more BBQ meats, sweet and tasty chicken rack, lamb chop soup, and a roasted milk to make your dinner more diversified. The BBQ items aredelicately warmed on their rack ensuring the right temperature. Order more drinks, eat more, have fun, and don’t stop until there’s no more room. “The wings are banging and the sandwiches are a good size so make sure you're hungry. Plus they have mozzarella sticks and corn poppers that everyone loves. And the drinks flow great. Very friendly atmosphere and great place to have a party.“
“I stopped at Hickory's for the first time in quite a while. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I was shocked at how good it was. I the past I had stopped there and remembered the food being very good. I was not disappointed - in fact I was very pleasantly surprised. The sandwich was fantastic. I strongly recommend that you visit for a great experience.“
“Mashallah alhamdulliah everything was amazing biryani was perfect kebab delicious I give ? May Allah bless all the hand who are preparing this delicious meal over there I’m satisfied with everything the delivery was perfect as well jazakAllah “
“Our Global Committee from the Long Island Board of Realtors had a Lunar Celebration of the Dragon last Mon. Feb 12. It was my very first time eating there. The food was sumptuous and delicious. The service was excellent too. It was a self-service styled setup and there were ample amounts of varied types of dishes, some spicy and some not. The chicken dishes were superb. There was an amazing string bean dish with various spices that was fantastic. I believe there was some fish dish, I am not sure of the exact name, but that too was great. Every dish was very tasty and I would reccomend everyone to go there and enjoy an excellent meal.“
“This place is fantastic!! The wings are perfectly cooked. The ribs are AMAZING! The brisket is cooked to perfection. This place is an absolute hidden gem, if you love BBQ and you live on Long Island you are missing out if you haven’t been here yet. Highly recommend!!“
“i came because my favorite spot was closed but this is now my favorite spot lol. food was AMAZING 10/10 , the ribs are bomb. Rebecca was a sweetheart! she made our drinks at the bar she was very attentive and fast. I am definitely coming here againParking: there was street parking but i was mid day on a weekday, so it might be hard on a weekend. there was a parking lot across the street though .“
“First time trying this place, I found this awesome combo deal $9.99 on little red book. I wanted to see what all the hype was all about. The combo came with lamb noodle soup and 5 lamb bbq skewers. This was a great deal and awesome combination. I've had and tried many lamb noodle soup in many places, the favor of lamb is very tricky. As for this soup base it covered the tacky taste of lamb which was a plus on my end. Service was acceptable, they deal is before 5pm, I stopped in around 12pm. They offered warm water, but didn't come out till I finished my meal, due to no hot water. Overall I had a good experience, I definitely would come back and try their other combos.“
“Known as "Party BBQ" in English: Located on Broadway, between 45th Ave & Whitney Ave., in Elmhurst (in front of the Asian Supermarket which has its own parking lot). This BBQ lot has been here for years and has quite a large following. There's always a line of ppl patiently waiting for their BBQ goodness! On this Tuesday evening at around 7:30pm, it was no exception; there were about 8 ppl on line. But don't let that deter you from ordering your BBQ Skewers! The line moves surprisingly quickly. This is a one man show and he was hustling! Kudos to the hardworking gentleman making our BBQ Kebabs, and don't forget to tip him!On this visit, we tried their Beef and Lamb Kebabs ($1.75 each). We asked for the kebabs with cumin and extra spicy. These were so flavorful and delicious! My only complaint is that some pieces were very fatty but very good nonetheless.I will definitely be looking for this cart the next time I'm in the area. Looking forward to trying their other skewers! (See my photos for their menu offerings).“
“Good food for a good value. Best KBBQ with good quality, tender meat and authentic flavors. The complementary side dishes are just as good as the main course. I asked the server where they got some of the side dishes and she said they were all made fresh, in-house.“
“It was amazing here the Roast Pig and the Roast Duck are to die for. The food is healthy and hearty as well as delicious. The servers are nice and remember us. I am not Cantonese but I love Cantonese food and this really opened a door deep inside of my soul. Amazing 5/5!“
“Really good KBBQ place. Meat cuts are high quality and very delicious. Marinated Beef Rib is my favorite item (only on the dinner menu). I would be wary about the intestines at this location. I have had it one time and it was fine but another time the intestines just kind of fell apart on the grill and would rip and tear. Soybean paste stew and egg custard are very delicious, highly recommended. Servers are very attentive and fast in getting you the items that you order. They keep you filled up on water and change out the grill often so you aren't eating burned remnants.“
“A hidden gem in Queens. Word of mouth is really how one finds out about this great establishment for smoked salmon. Competes equally with the bigger well known one in Brooklyn. Carmen is great. Friendly, great service and cuts the salmon like a pro. The smoked salmon is full of flavor. Other highlights here are the sturgeon and baked salmon but the lox is the go to. Decent prices and will be back for all my lox cravings.“
“The food is awesome here. The ribs are good the mac and cheese is good. The grilled chicken platter is awesome. The burgers are amazing. Just bring lots of cash the prices went up...it's not their fault. It's today's economy (thanks Biden)...“
“Really great food and dim sum! I've eaten here at least twice a month for the past half a year and I'm always satisfied with the meal. Definitely try the triple meat meal to kind of hash out what meat they make is your favorite (I love them all).Pork buns, dumplings and fish balls are great too. Just do yourself a favor - order!“
“(Translated by Google) Mayas pizza ???? an incredible place to eat and for delivery, a very quiet and very clean place, I highly recommend it for those of us who are lovers of tranquility and good food, Mexican food, delicious fresh of the day.????????????(Original)Mayas pizza ???? un lugar increíble para comer y para delivery, un lugar muy tranquilo y muy limpio, lo recomiendo muchísimo para los que somos amantes de la tranquilidad y el buen comer, comida Mexicana, fresca del día riquísima.????????????“
“Came in at 6pm on a Friday night and it was not busy at all. I think it is more of a late night eat and drink type of place though. The BBQ skewers are perfectly seasoned and the menu is huge! Lots of pictures too, which is super helpful when ordering. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the eggplant and okra.“
“There aren't many decent Korean restaurants near Little Neck, but I'm glad there's a barbecue restaurant in Seongbuk-dong. The food and service are good and good value for money, but it is unfortunate that there is not enough parking space and the sound is loud due to the small space.“
