“We were in town for a dance convention and after the long drive from CT we were all starving. We ended up at Francescos and we did not regret it! My friend and I couldn't decide so ordered the chicken piccatta and the chicken crispino to share, and our kids ordered a chicken parm and a chicken Ceasar salad. Everything was soo fresh and delicious! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely come back.“

“We absolutely love this pizzeria. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, which truly makes a difference. On our most recent visit, there was a small mistake with our order, and they corrected it immediately without hesitation and even removed it from the bill. My husband has celiac disease, and they consistently take such great care to ensure his food is safe and handled properly. It’s rare to find a place that’s both delicious and genuinely attentive. We’re always happy to come back!“

“I am a loyal Pizzeria customer but I usually go to their Bay Shore location because I live in Bay Shore. Last Friday I wanted to send a pizza to a sick friend but she lives in East Islip so I decided to use the Islip location. Upon calling, I was told delivery orders had to go thru the website. No problem. I tried and use 2 valid credit cards but the site wouldn't take either of them. I called the Islip location and the suggestion was to refresh the site which I did and still was not able to complete my order so I used a different pizza place. I called back in case there was a problem with their site and then they would know. Again I spoke to Tony and at the end of the conversation he said that he would like to compensate for the time I spent trying to order and that I would have a $25 credit for the next time that I came in. This is what sets The Pizzeria locations apart, not only is their food amazing but they take customer service to a whole higher level than most establishments. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

I’ve said this numerous times I believe since I moved to this area there’s no sense of even going anywhere else I’m a big pizza person the Sicilian in the regular or some of the best I’ve ever had the chicken bacon ranch is probably the best slice of pizza I ever had in my 56 years. The people are kind the workers are great it’s just no need to go anywhere else. Great deal on Tuesday and the slices are always huge, I’m shocked sometimes the size of a slice. She brightened up out dinner experience and made the whole restaurant glow with positivity. I have never experienced such amazing service in my 73 years of life. I especially want to thank her for being nice to my grandson. he has severe autism and she was just a doll! She even sang him happy birthday (he was turnin 7). ! My spouse and I only had 5 minutes before we needed too drive to the Ferry or we would miss it, but we were SOO hungry!
We were only looking for a gas station to get chips because of time constraints. When this lovely spot caught our eye with their pizza by the slice. Apon entering we were greeted by 2 fellas. I could be wrong but to me it seemed they maybe related, best guess was grandpa and grandson. They were warm welcoming and happy to even share a tasting of their own “boom boom” sauce. We ordered one sausage and one chicken parm Stromboli. They cut them in half and packed them warm with boom sauce and red sauce, and even some parm sprinkle cheese. We decided we would share so we can taste both. First up was the sausage. It was love at 1st bite for us BOTH! The perfectly crisp outside with a filling to dough ratio that was heavenly! The blend of peppers and cheese paired well with the sausage. The chicken parm is a Classic and did NOT let us down! Just like the sausage’s crispy dough & warm center, and perfectly cut, bite size portions of chicken! Although we had sauces, it was NOT needed for either of the items, but indeed we saved them to try at home. As my niece would say, this was definitely a “GREAT mistake for me”! We are delighted to have discovered this GEM and look forward to going again!
Due to driving and hunger, no photos were taken. I am not one to sit and write a review but this meal was worth my time and effort, I had to write it as soon as I sadly took my last bite!“

“Sept 2025: 5 star review. sat down inside and was treated perfectly. It was three of us. The waitress was so nice. The food was absolutely perfect. The garlic knots were the best knots I’ve ever had. Cheesy and garlicky perfection. Would order these every single day. Ordered 16” Paulie’s pie with pepperoni. It did not come out burnt. The taste was perfect!!! Also order buffalo and garlic parm wings. The buffalo sauce was out of this world. The garlic parm was average but still tasty.
I have to say I would return.

August 2025: was a 4 star review. Ordered online and did a pick up. Pizza tasted yummy but lots of the pizza was burnt from the coal fired oven. We couldn’t eat the crust. Otherwise, great flavor“
