“I am a loyal Pizzeria customer but I usually go to their Bay Shore location because I live in Bay Shore. Last Friday I wanted to send a pizza to a sick friend but she lives in East Islip so I decided to use the Islip location. Upon calling, I was told delivery orders had to go thru the website. No problem. I tried and use 2 valid credit cards but the site wouldn't take either of them. I called the Islip location and the suggestion was to refresh the site which I did and still was not able to complete my order so I used a different pizza place. I called back in case there was a problem with their site and then they would know. Again I spoke to Tony and at the end of the conversation he said that he would like to compensate for the time I spent trying to order and that I would have a $25 credit for the next time that I came in. This is what sets The Pizzeria locations apart, not only is their food amazing but they take customer service to a whole higher level than most establishments. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

Truly from the way they make their fresh dough, choose their top of the line cheese, tomato sauce, Dearborn ham, etc, I can tell they shopped around and chose the best. From perfectly crisped meaty bacon bits, tender chicken and how they cut their produce to carmelize the onions on top so it complements the entire BBQ chicken pizza I just tried. This is the first round pizza I had from them and it didn’t disappoint. It had a nicely seasoned Parmesan garlic butter crust and the toppings were perfectly placed with just enough bbq sauce. Can we talk about their salads, too?? Quality produce with romaine lettuce cut like pros-uniform and easy to eat. And generous toppings with a yummy ranch (my favorite here) dressing. “My family and I went to them since they first opened.. and when I say there was NOTHING that they made that was anything below amazing, believe me! From their pizza to pasta, to rolls and salads.. even their garlic bread. The hospitality they all provided, especially Benny, was enough to make you remember them forever.. then you add on their food? Forget it. Nothing holds a candle to this place and the family. They are SORELY missed! I have yet to find a salad/vinaigrette, or a marina sauce, from any other place that comes close to this place. I dream of that antipasto!! “I wasn’t planning on stopping at Sal Anthony’s Pizza. I was actually on an important mission involving a suspicious-looking earthworm and a neighbor’s flower bed. But then… I caught the smell.

As a rooster with impeccable taste and a strict “no bad pizza” policy, I strutted inside. One peck at the crust and I knew my day had changed forever. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with cheese so perfectly melted I briefly considered abandoning farm life to become a full-time pizza critic.

The staff behind the counter treated me with the respect any distinguished rooster deserves. Nobody questioned why I was reviewing the menu by standing on a chair and yelling.

By the time I left, I had forgotten all about the worm. That’s how good the pizza was.

Any meal I had there was excellent. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere is family oriented. So it is like having a hug with dinner. I like that appetizers, soup, salad, main meal are brought out in steps. That way you can enjoy the courses. This has been my favorite spot to eat since last summer. Had taken my family members there. Me and one of my good friends go there all the time. My first time there, they made me mocktails that I requested. They were great.
