“A whole vibe!!! From the moment you walk in, you are captivated. The decor, the music and the beautiful staff begin the wonderful experience that's about to occur. The food is exquisite in presentation and taste.i have visited the location in Forest Hills also but the experience in RVC is incomparable. “This is a great place! Food is fantastic, really all we had was flavorful and had heat but not so much that it was over powering. People are so friendly. Drinks are made with real fruit. Prices are very reasonable. Best for take out bc only one table. Definitely try this place, a true gem.“
“I come here after I get home from the train sometimes. I’ve ordered the curry goat 3x and each time it has been delicious. The cashier is always nice and the music is jamming too. The place itself has places to sit which is very nice too. 5/5“

“We recently visited the area for six days and ate here four of those six days 😂(would’ve been all six had we found it earlier!) Amazing food, great people, and loved their fresh hibiscus tea! Cannot beat the $7.99 lunch price either! 🤩 Highly recommend!“

“We catered from Trini Bites for a brunch with friends to celebrate our recent wedding. Working with Renee was an absolute pleasure. From start to finish, she was attentive and responsive. We knew we wanted to cater Trini food as my husband is Trini and I felt the stakes were high to make sure everything went well! And Renee delivered on every front.
The food was an absolute smash hit -- no tray was left untouched or unpolished, and we even sent folks home with to-go containers as they loved the food so much. Particular favorites were the stew chicken, the buss up shot, the mini doubles, and the curry chana and potatoes. Renee made sure that our dietary preferences were met, which was no small feat as we had vegetarians, vegans, kosher-observant (no shellfish), and halal-observant (no pork or pork byproducts) in attendance!
If you've ever been curious Trini food or simply want to serve something different for your party or gathering, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with Renee and Trini Bites at all.“

“Was in the mood for a beef patty this restaurant was the first choice google recommended. I must say the aroma from the restaurant alone will have you intoxicated. I was greeted by the staff that’s was very kind and helpful. The beef patty was flaky and very tasty the spices complemented the meat perfectly. This is my 2nd visit here still definitely will be returning“

“What a great experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was amazing. Good customer service. I had the Salmon, veggies, and rice/peas. I was definitely satisfied. Topped it off with the Bleu Island Rum Punch which was really good. A must try and I will be back.“

“My fiance got us dinner today & I must say it taste very great. We have been looking for a good Jamaican restaurant for some time now. Every cook has slight dif flavor and you can always taste the dif in food. The food was healthy & the overall service provided was very respectful. We also felt full and great after our meal! Looking forward to coming again :)“

“I was in the mood for a beef patty and just so happened to be in those neck of the woods. My mom had esciviche fish and a side of cabbage, and I had a medium jerk chicken with rice and peas with cabbage along with 2 mild beef patties. In addition we bought 2 drinks as well. Came to about $48 in total. Fish was well seasoned and tender. Chicken was jerking as it should be, and the beef patty was hot temperature-wise and tasted fresh. Also, the service personnel had a pleasant demeanor and gave a decent portion size.“

“Wow! Came here for my daughter 40th birthday dinner I called ahead of time told then that I had a large party, we got to the restaurant and were seated right away and the menu said happy birthday Tisha on the menu which was so so great and let me tell you everything we tried delicious the drinks was great waiters were wonderful. I will definitely definitely go back. I’d recommend this place“
