“Tonight we popped into Caffe Barocco for some delicious tapas. Pumpkin tortellini. Rigatoni & sweet sausage. Crumbled sweet sausage & brocoli rabe. Everything was delicious...but the pumpkin tortellini was ridiculous! Great service too! 😍😍😍“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.
Regarding the food:
Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.
Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.
King Salmon: Quite tender.
Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.
Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.
Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

“The restaurant is all decorated for the holidays which makes this a magical place. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing just checking in as needed. Food was good. The lounge has become our Christmas place as this was our third year and we will be back.“

“We attended a birthday party here held in one of their private rooms last weekend. The food was served buffet style and was excellent. We particularly liked the baked clams, octopus, and paella. The sangria was perfect, great flavor and not too sweet. Service was excellent and all servers were very accommodating. We look forward to eating in their dining room one day soon.“

“Service was wonderful, went for the RayNors chicken dinner. Chicken, candied sweet potatoes and salad was exactly what I remembered. Biscuits were dense and dry as was the corn fritter. The corn fritter was room temperature and not hot. Went for the chicken which was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed immensely.“

“Among my fave spots around. The atmosphere is electric and they play every game! Enjoy their all-day happy hour, when you can receive five shots for $25 to $40 (depending on your poison of choice). The food is more typical of a pub, but it's great for a quick bite and priced friendly! Highly recommended their bulgogi quesadilla. Couldn’t gate-keep any longer!!“

“We went out with a group of colleagues after work yesterday for drinks and dinner at a restaurant with a vibrant Cuban-inspired atmosphere. The setting was warm and inviting, making it a great place to unwind.
While the cocktails were a bit on the weaker side, the food truly stood out. Each of us ordered something different, and every entrée was both flavorful and beautifully presented. The desserts were equally impressive—absolutely worth indulging in.
Oscar, our main server, provided outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and ensured everything flowed seamlessly throughout the evening.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this spot.“

“Excellent eatery on Atlantic Avenue. The owner is super friendly and very courteous. We are offered a free amuse-bouche starter of whipped ricotta on pita and it was fabulous. We got a few dishes of just tapas and a delicious salad. Will absolutely be my new go to restaurant. There was even live music that was another fabulous touch.“
