Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊“

“Always loved Americas roast beef yes sir! But it seems that the Arby's I knew, is sadly dead. Ordered classic beef and cheddar🤤, had so little beef it was basically a cheese sauce sandwich.🥺 Also on lineup was the turkey bacon ranch sandwich, on point!🤤 But I come here for roast beef. “A Buffalo institution and one of my must visit place(s) if I'm in the area. Personally, I like the original Anderson's location on Sheridan (in Tonawanda) better than the other locations. But this one is not bad. Only got a twist of chocolate and vanilla custard this time but I've had majority of the items on the menu. The custard is always creamy and flavorful. Try one of the special flavors, like pistachios or strawberry, if they have it. You won't regret it and it's worth the calories.

“tried it for the first time today. I have to say I wish I would have tried it earlier. great food that's filling and great staff. we will be visiting again.“

“Tried Mattinas pizza for the first time ever and it was very good. We ordered a Chicken Finger Sub and also a Pizza. The chicken fingers were very thick and meaty and seemed as if they may have been made in house but definitely good quality chicken fingers and at the usual price. Their pizza was very good and almost was reminiscent of Boccis club pizza, which in my opinion is a great thing. Their sauce was flavorful, and they had generous portions of topping.(I wouldn't have minded extra sauce and cheese, but it was good how it was). You cannot dine in which I was not expecting but was fine. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning/ scraping the ovens between each pizza. I definitely recommend trying them out if you have never. They are worth it.

“I live in Boston where there are no Arby's close by so when I visit family in NY, we enjoy the classic Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches. The one we go to is near Amherst, NY and it's a nice change from the other fast food chains. I don't know if other locations run daily specials but this location does. For example, on Thursdays, you can buy 3 classic sandwiches for $7 (approximate). Lean beef is healthier than greasy burgers and they carry other menu items that are not available at other fast food restaurants.“

“No I don’t recommend French Road Dairy Queen. The workers are rude. Online says they’re open until 10 so my kids and I ride our bikes a couple miles to French road Dairy Queen looking for a tasty treat. On arrival the inside area is already closed at 9:45. Drive thru is open since they don’t have a walk up window like every other ice cream shop I figured I could get served at the drive thru window. NOPE. No ice cream for you they say like I’m in the Sienfeld episode The soup Nazi only it’s ice cream. My kids and I were so disappointed. The ride home was treacherous with no calories in our systems. We barely made it home Sincerely Disappointed customer“

“Honestly wasn't impressed at all with our food. It took 15 minutes to even get our order taken. The food was messy and felt like I was eating Mayo Soup instead of a CheckerBurger. Our french fries tasted like the funnel cake fries. Presentation and quality were horrible. Also was surprised we weren't given a receipt with our order number on it. The cashier seemed as though he didn't wanna be bothered.“

“Always friendly staff when we have ordered and they always get our order correct. Miles better then the new jersey mikes location in Cheektowaga. You can definitely tell the difference in ownership and employees between the two. Just sad that we can no longer order delivery from this location.“

“Jeff did an amazing job taking our orders. Friendliest person ever. He talked about the chikle after I ordered one and it was as he said amazing. He does a great job can't say that enough wish I could afford to tip. The food was amazing. Way better food and environment than taco bell. I wish we had one of these where we live.

“I went thru the drivethru today and got the $7 meal. I asked for ice tea but they said that was an upcharge so I sighed and ordered a soda. When I got to the window the gentleman there had a big smile and handed me an ice tea, he said I sounded so said he asked his manager and he said I could get an ice tea! I had a great chat with this young man and he was so sweet and upbeat and excited to be a part of the team and grow his career. What a great guy!“

This made the refried beans warm and instead of having a plate of nachos chips left, there was plenty of everything on all the chips. “What a neat discovery. I love soup any time of year so I was ready to try this. I had bean and ham and, unlike most places, the soup was served nice and hot. The soup was good, but my sandwich was fantastic. I had a #14 chicken sandwich with melted fontana and grilled portobello mushroom. It practically melted in my mouth. The sandwich was just the right size...I'm tired of massive overstuffed food. This was just right. I'll definitely be back next time in town.“
