“Stopped at this location for the first time to have a breakfast sandwich. I used the drive-thru to order a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin. The sandwich was quite good, but they did not include the requested packets of salt and pepper, and they provided no napkins. Although I've heard people praise McDonald's coffee, I ordered a large decaf and found it pretty mediocre. UPDATE-1: My second visit went better. This time I received napkins and the requested salt and pepper. The breakfast sandwich was very good but the coffee was still bland. They were busier this time, but the drive-through line moved quickly.“

“Stopped in Syracuse for a couple of days and my friend who goes to school there recommended this place — and it did not disappoint! I got an iced caramel latte and it definitely hit the spot — though it was not as sweet as I typically like. I imagine this is a great place for students to go because there’s a ton of seating and also seems like a really inclusive environment. I didn’t try any food, but I was told they had a wide selection.“

“I give all my buyer clients gift baskets when they close on a new home. In every basket I include the three items that are a part of an old traditional house blessing: “Bread—that this house may never know hunger, Salt—that life may always have flavor, and Wine—that joy and prosperity may reign forever” I always use small, local businesses for the products to make and fill my basket. Especially the bread! I want it to be same-day fresh, and from a bakery as close to the client’s new home as possible. Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. And my clients very much appreciated the delicious, authentic French Baguette!“

“Beautiful place, fun decor and such, but maybe not the best place to bring a kid. We stopped in after Monster Jam with our 3 year old. we promised him "time to pet kitties" but we ended up leaving without visiting the $10/person for 30 min cat room. Not because of the price, but because of our experience with the server. My son saw the arcade room, and excitedly ran into there and sat at a game. we had sat down, and the server marched into the arcade room, pulled my son's hands off of an arcade game and told my mother that he, "CANT be in here" So, we brought him out. He was heartbroken, but we were able to redirect him while we ordered. I placed an order for the meatball special, planning to share with my son. The server said she had to check and see if they had meatballs left, and a few minutes later she came back and said, "okay" so I assumed it was okay to order. We all ordered, and a few more minutes went by, she came back and said, "Actually, we're all out of meatballs so I need you to order something else" I said something like okay, but I needed time to find something for my son. Said server stood over me, so I quickly chose a spicy ramen and continued to try and find something for my son. She said, "I'll take the menu back now" and I was sort of shocked and said that my son needed to eat too and I was just trying to figure out what he was having. We ended up asking for plain rice in a hurry, and they were able to accommodate, but that servers standoffish and rather rude demeanor towards a THREE year old has us never visiting again. I couldn't wait to leave. I will say that after we ordered the rude server left, and we did have a much nicer server, who was very accommodating.“

“This morning was that awful snowstorm, and I couldn’t even make it to work driving in it. I pulled into the DD parking lot to wait for the snow to ease up. I went in while I waited, and by the time I finished ordering a large coffee and just any donut; it was in front of me! I didn’t get an offer of a receipt to thank the two women working there, and the tap to pay didn’t prompt to add a tip, but it was a really nice part of a bad morning. The donut they picked for me was also really good, some big glob of frosting on top.“

You want a GREAT espresso drink? The gentleman at the Cracked Kettle explained that if you let espresso sit for 15 seconds after brewing without adding sugar or milk or drinking it, it turns bitter.
Read that again.
When he was trained by a major coffee company many years ago (before they installed the $20,000 espresso machines), that was one of the first principles he was taught.

“Place is great - again, I am a huge fan of Starbucks and appreciate their black coffee roasts, not the fancy drinks. Their thanksgiving dark roast was phenomenal and I would highly recommend. I will sometimes send emails and get a little work down at this Starbucks from my laptop as it has a nice atmosphere- I highly recommend this location“

“Even though I don't shop Price Chopper often, I now make sure to always stop at Starbucks after I check out, to treat myself after a stressful shopping trip to feed 3 teenagers!The baristas are awesome, cheerful, and always go the extra mile, even if it's an extra chocolate drizzle to try and cheer up your day!They went out of their way to wish my son a Happy Birthday, and congratulate me on 18 years of parenthood! The frozen drinks here are also more frozen (yay! ?) than the Starbucks up at Barnes and Nobles up on Erie Blvd East.
Dietary restrictions: They offer soy, almond, oat, and other types of milk, for people like me that don't engage in interspecies breastfeeding, and are allergic to cow's milk“

“The location is convenient and has a drive thru. I prefer the iced lattes, specifically the maple vanilla and the mocha. They have delicious bagel sandwiches. “Over a year ago, my fiance took me in to Mrs. Kelders for a cupcake. we went back today to prove to ourselves that it was a fluke......that their cupcakes couldn't possibly be as good as we remembered. We were wrong. We got the chocolate raspberry cupcakes again and it is absolutely stupid how good they are. I'm thankful I live far away from Mrs Kelders shop because otherwise I'd weigh 300lbs.“
“After years of purchasing coffee at the Route . 11, Cicero, New York Starbucks, my husband and I will never go there again. It is completely due to the insults and accusations We received from the Manager. Now when you go to a such a Business often as we do, mistakes occasionally happen. That is understandable and the staff has always been accommodating. They do not accuse you of trying to take advantage of then for the difference of a Dollar. We order the same thing every time. For years . Two large Mocha Lattes with no foam, A dash of whip cream and double cups . (Double cups because about a year ago we had a large cup collapse as a barista leaned out to hand my husband a cup of coffee and it collapsed and it hit both of us with hot coffee FYI we were burnt but not horribly the server was horrified. We did not seek legal action against Starbucks it was an accident we just started double copping and the problem was solved . We did notl ask for anything other than to have the ruined, paid in full coffee replaced and a whole bunch of napkins to clean us both up and the van. We were not offered a complementary coffeeven get our money back on it and have a free one given to us we simply had them remake it and went on our way with a bunch of napkins wiping everything up out of the and in our vehicle.“

“I was at Delta Sonic with my mother who pumped gasoline into her CRV. We both went inside the convenience store, bought sodas & lotto tickets which we sat at the tables & scratched off. I won my $5 spent on 3 tickets back on one $2 cash word ticket while my mom won $1.00 on a $1 loose change scratch off. Tim Hortons in within the Delta Sonic & it was around 8pm so it was closed.“

“I wanted an iced Chai, but I did forget to say iced. I got a warm chai. I tasted it and I loved it. My two buddies got their stuff and we were chilling and enjoying our purchases. The batista stops by our table and I told him I forgot to say "iced" and he was willing to get me an iced chai. That is my go to place from now on.
