“It’s always super busy and the customers seem to think they’re the only order in the WHOLE world but somehow the baristas handle it well. I witnessed a lady hassling one of the baristas about her drink (I think the barista was named Marcia) so much that it irritated me but the barista stayed calm even saying “Yes,ma’am.”
Could never be me,I would’ve thrown her drink in her face.“

“So they messed up my order and still get 5 stars. Thats what good customer service can do. I called last night to preorder 4 dozen donuts and 4 boxes of joe for a meeting. Needed 6:45am pick up. I walk in on time, and see right away from the look on their face, the night crew never told the morning crew. But the two team members asked for 10 minutes to pull it together, which they did with a smile, and got me on my way. I wish I had your names to share here, but to the crew this morning who just put their heads down and got it done, nice job! And Thank you!!“

Service was fast at window with both employees polite and friendly.

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“

The menu is “of the moment” which I love, and vegan options are available, as are some gourmet pantry items. It’s a micro business so expect the owners to be there taking care of you, but also pay attention to the social media before you go as they are sometimes closed when they need to be elsewhere. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more food!!“

“Really cute cafe. Staff was really kind and friendly. Cafe is very cozy, clean, has a lot of table seats and some sofas. Menu is very extensive- lots of autumn drinks and also bubble tea. Presentation of drinks is really cute, they have glass mason jars if you’re staying in the cafe. They also have wifi!“

“I would have to respectfully disagree with Chris Parker. I went to Braised Pies for the first time on Tuesday specifically to have the Cornish Pastie and I thought it was absolutely delicious. My mother was from England so I've had many pasties in my trips over there and this brought back the flavors that I remembered. I will definitely be making a return trip.“

“I ordered a surprise bag from Too Good To Go because I had never tried this place before and was curious about their baked goods. Too Good To Go offers a bag containing $18 worth of food for $5.99. These are items that are still perfectly edible, but may not be the freshest in stock.

My order included two slices of loaf cake and one muffin. I popped them in the microwave for a few seconds and was happy to find that they stayed nice and moist! I would consider going back to try their coffee, but I may skip the baked goods next time. In my opinion, $18 seems like a high valuation for these three items, especially since the loaf slices were very thin.

That said, their hot food menu sounds delicious and they offer some really unique specialty drinks. The shop is located inside a boutique, which gives it a warm and inviting atmosphere. The service was also friendly and welcoming.“

“Large location with a cool conference room for meetings! Breakfast sandwiches and tacos are amazing and Cold Brew is always delicious ! Especially love stopping by because the Dunkin near me in Brooklyn are vegetarian only and serve only vegan bacon and veggies sausage“

“Incredible experience, will be returning often. Went to alices next door to ask for a bacon egg and cheese, but they don't serve it. i go next door snd i'm grateful i did. sandwich was $5 and a coffee was $2. No .99 on the prices, i paid a flat seven.

“I was looking for a nice cold treat after hiking the bean trail so I chose this spot. Its small but they have a great selection of flavors. Staff welcomes you as soon as you enter. They also have other treats aswell along of souvenirs. They have indoor seating dir only two people, outdoor is also available. There's prices are reasonable and offer different cup sizes and types of cones.they will let you try as many samples as you wish. Overall its a nice spot to try on a hot summer day if your visiting this city.“

“I ordered through the app and was able to pick up the order through the drive thru. I was in the car with my 3 kids (0-6 years old) and my dog, so walking in alone to pick up the order was not happening. Thank you to the barista that accommodated me because it was extremely helpful!

“I was surprised to see just one employee working late afternoon on a Friday, especially with the fall menu having just come out. Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. “I had a great stop at the Starbucks at West Point, NY. The service here stood out right away — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and handled everything quickly even though there was steady foot traffic. It’s always nice when the baristas take a moment to smile and make sure you feel taken care of.

I ordered a Medicine Ball, which was made perfectly soothing, hot, and balanced just right. Alongside it, I had the warm chocolate chip cookie. They were golden on the outside, soft on the inside, and exactly the kind of snack I needed.

The location was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience left me feeling like this is the kind of Starbucks you can count on for both good service and good food. Definitely a nice stop if you’re in the West Point area.“

“I love the morning shift at this dunkin’. The girls on drive through are so sweet they could melt your heart. Zach (only ones name that I know) is always keeping his co-workers smiling and never fails to greet us when we walk in the door! I really have to get better with names because I can see at least three other smiling faces that are there in the morning.. that seriously make my day every time I pull into that building! There is also two other guys that work a little later in the afternoon that we absolutely love the one is usually in front end he has like almost strawberry blond maybe LIGHT brown hair. We love him too. Just wanted to say thank you guys. I made a post but then realized I should also leave a review. I really hope these kids get recognized for their hard work and their dedication to making Dunkins customers love walking in there. Me and my husband, avid Dunkin drinkers… and I have never loved the whole entire staff at any Dunkin I’ve ever been too! My husband literally will drive 25 minutes out of his way to go get his coffee from these kids!!! That is there something for your shift leader and you’re hiring manager at this location!!“

We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“
