“Whenever I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook, this place is my go-to. Their steam bar is a steal..$14 gets you a massive plate with three sides and a main. Honestly, it’s enough for two people to split for lunch or dinner!

My only struggle? I have no idea what half the dishes are. The ladies behind the counter aren’t the friendliest….maybe because I’m not Polish? Who knows. So every visit turns into a fun little game of ‘point and hope for the best.’

I just wish they were a bit more approachable so I didn’t have to panic-order every time. But hey, at least it keeps things exciting“

“This place has some of the best heroes and sandwiches I've ever had. The location of it is also really good because it's on Myrtle Avenue where there are of course so many people going to so many different places. Their prices are also phenomenal and U would recommend going here to buy anything else that delis have. We also got free cans of soda with our sandwiches and when we got heroes.“

“Solid family owned deli, the Middle Aged guy behind counter can be very cold but it's whatever. The customer service at Peters Deli is way better but other than that the sandwiches here are very good. The only thing I would say I don't like is that you can't see the kitchen which is worrying, I don't think the place is dirty, but it's nice when you can see the kitchen to confirm if it's clean or not. Other items are pretty overpriced like candies and what not.“

“Great Place! The Proprietor and his family (& staff) are great people. Have been coming here since ~2011, when in the area (sometime A LOT). Delicious Hot Food (Spanish), made daily. Big Selection of Deli Items. Some seats & tables in the back to cool your heels. Always good prices compared to other places in the area. This should be the go-to place if staying at the Marriott Hotel down the block or headed toward Citi Field (The Stadium of the Mets). Or even if staying at the Holiday Inn a few blocks away (the place down the block from the Holiday Inn bases their prices on what you are wearing, no lie). But this place is great (the prices are on the items)! Stop in and ask them what happened to the pool table (they made room for more items)!“

“Went to this deli for a school field trip for an Explorer’s class of English Language Learners. There were about 17 of us and the owner was so gracious and patient with us. He was so hospitable and very accommodating. I have been going to this deli for many years and the service there has always been great. 감사합니다!“

“This is the best place ive been to and the ordering is great!!. The workers there are so nice and friendly and if something goes wrong they will try to make it right just got you. And the place is clean they always clean the place they mop and brush the floor, clean the windows. The supplies are usually restocked . If they have it in the back or somewhere they will check and no if there its not because no one wants it its because they care about you and what we need and want because I go there almost everyday they have orders to restock everything AT LEAST 2-3 ( key word: AT LEAST). But place is amazing realy I recommend“

“my mom and i recently started to go here for deli sandwiches and have been very pleased. i can only speak on cold cut heroes/rolls and all have been absolutely delicious. the meat is fresh and juicy and a good price for the value. my mom likes that they have rice pudding and i like their selection of chips to have with my sandwich. love the variety of sandwiches they have on the board as i will never get bored going there.“
