“Whenever I’m feeling lazy and don’t want to cook, this place is my go-to. Their steam bar is a steal..$14 gets you a massive plate with three sides and a main. Honestly, it’s enough for two people to split for lunch or dinner!

My only struggle? I have no idea what half the dishes are. The ladies behind the counter aren’t the friendliest….maybe because I’m not Polish? Who knows. So every visit turns into a fun little game of ‘point and hope for the best.’

I just wish they were a bit more approachable so I didn’t have to panic-order every time. But hey, at least it keeps things exciting“

“I celebrated my nomination this evening in this gorgeous place. Well we had a delightful evening and the venue was definitely the reason for this strong celebration. The crew collaborated in a very nice way, the cuisine was extremely good and my guests were so joyful. We shall no dout come back again for more joyful events. thanks very much.“

“This is the best place ive been to and the ordering is great!!. The workers there are so nice and friendly and if something goes wrong they will try to make it right just got you. And the place is clean they always clean the place they mop and brush the floor, clean the windows. The supplies are usually restocked . If they have it in the back or somewhere they will check and no if there its not because no one wants it its because they care about you and what we need and want because I go there almost everyday they have orders to restock everything AT LEAST 2-3 ( key word: AT LEAST). “This deli has great food but the lady taking orders over the phone needs to learn some phone etiquette. Terrible listener and unprofessional when speaking. Besides the order lady everything else is great. I ordered a chopped cheese. They make it great.“

“Solid family owned deli, the Middle Aged guy behind counter can be very cold but it's whatever. The customer service at Peters Deli is way better but other than that the sandwiches here are very good. The only thing I would say I don't like is that you can't see the kitchen which is worrying, I don't think the place is dirty, but it's nice when you can see the kitchen to confirm if it's clean or not. Other items are pretty overpriced like candies and what not.“

A little surprised, this place is so out of the way and not near a train station. This place deserves a lot more good attention. “Went to this deli for a school field trip for an Explorer’s class of English Language Learners. There were about 17 of us and the owner was so gracious and patient with us. He was so hospitable and very accommodating. I have been going to this deli for many years and the service there has always been great. 감사합니다!“

“In response to another review regarding a ridiculous comment that vegan food was prepared on same grill as meats:You think all restaurants we go to and order vegan food always properly clean and disinfect the grills, cutting boards, etc?I do my best to not eat anything non vegan but am realistic in that I can’t always be certain that they don’t sneak things in there or cause cross contamination. At least they’re trying to accommodate us!You should judge a restaurant by the quality of the food, service and price in comparison to what you’re receiving.
