“We recently had a retirement party with food catered by Benateri’s. I dealt with Benny the owner who is a true professional. We walked in with no idea how much food to order. He gave us an estimate on how much food we needed to feed the entire party, and he was spot on with how much we needed. The party turned out to be a big success, there was more than enough food for everyone. I was constantly being asked where the food was from as it was the best they have ever at a catered party. All their food was amazing but the standout was their penne with vodka sauce, is probably the best I’ve ever had, it’s amazing. We also ordered had some Spanish style Pernil which is super tender and a surprising real hit, yellow rice, the classics chicken parm, eggplant parm, ziti, Jack Daniel’s Pepper Steak(amazing!), a couple of chicken cutlet hero’s and much more. All in all 22 trays of food packed very well, on time, and neatly for pick up. We will definitely be back. Prices are very reasonable and food quality and customer service is excellent. Highly recommended, one of the best spots in the city.“
“New owners New Deli. Way better then the old store and i do mean old the last store looked like a store from the wild wild west lights were never on and everything had dust. Now this new store is like when you have a new make over they have a buffet the staff is very nice everything is presentable and the food is so good.“
“I order daily from this place every morning. Very reasonable and always gets the orders right, especiallyfor delivery. Best prices in the area. Great coffee. The staff is so polite and friendly. I look forward to ordering from them. They make me happy, a great start of the day. Thank you for your service.“
“Best Italian fresh mozzarella in New York City, including Brooklyn.Arthur Ave in the Bronx is truly the last "Little Italy" in the NY metro area. And I'm someone who grew up near Our Lady of Pompeii in Greenwich Village also have lived on Brooklyn near Bensonhurst and Bay Ridge.Your place for Italian cheese, cold cuts and fresh mozzarella.“
“Wonderful food at Barney Greengrass- as always! Go support an excellent NYC family owned and operated restaurant with amazing food and great service. They same family has been lovingly running the place since 1908! In 2021 they have Lots of spacious outdoor dining. Super attentive waitstaff - our waterglass was never empty- and just a happy peaceful atmosphere- hard to be sad when your belly is full of delicious food made with love. Get the latkes- they are to die for! Best lox we’ve had in the city and the #9 sandwich really should be renamed the Bubbe Zayde - it’s a double decker on rye half pastrami half corned beef coleslaw and Russian dressing- tasted as amazing as it looks, and truly brought back memories noshin with my Bubbe and Zayde. Also the Blintzes are incredible“
“Great service - order at the front, cook handles the sandwich in the back. Neighborhood deli that apparently made the OG chopped cheese. It's a bit less cheesy than I thought, but it's very juicy. Love that its panini pressed? Be prepared and grab paper napkins.“
“So I am not a local New Yorker but I often come up from DC to visit. My main goal when visiting New York however is discovering and devouring delicious food. That being said, my friends and I spent a long weekend in East Village partying it up till 6am each night! I still can't believe we did that. But in the midst of our late night partying, we would stop to refuel by grabbing a deli sandwich at this small bodega. You walk in and there is a wall full of colorful signs describing multiple types of sandwiches you can order. All looked spectacular but on the first night I ordered "The Biden". All the ingredients spoke to me and man what a sandwich! The flavor explosion was incredible with sun dried tomatoes and avocado on a croissant. I forget what my buddies got but they were raving about them too. The next night I got a meatball sub with grilled onions and once again I was in Heaven. We all were. So please keep this small business going strong and check out their sandwiches. All across their walls they have photos with celebrities so clearly they are popular. Thank you Sunny and Annie! Your food was one of the best highlights of our trip.“
“Absolutely the best deli around !! It is family owned and you can tell that everyone who works there, loves to be there. All the food is so fresh and amazing. We have been going for years before we moved, we made a trip out on Saturday and oh have we missed It. Rick took good care of us. We will definitely make an effort and take long drives to come visit more. 1000/10 recommend“
“Seneca Garden makes the best pierogies I have ever had, in addition to serving plenty of delicious baked goods and Polish delicacies. I come here at least once a week, these pierogies would maybe be my last meal if I had to choose. I reccomend the meat, cabbage + mushroom, and classic potato.“
“Best chicken cutlet in the area. Left a note for an order specification that they were not seeing (that I was not aware about). I left a lower than usual review because it was happening more than once as I am a regular customer. Immediately they were on it. The next time I placed an order I received a phone call from the owner herself to make sure they knew what went wrong and how they could fix it. This business truly values their customers and really go the extra mile. Great food and great people make for a great experience! Highly recommend to all in the bayside area!“
“I am beyond pleased with Sofra Tropojane. I ordered qebapa, meze, samuna, fli, burek, bakllav and sheqerpare for my husband’s surprise birthday party this past Sunday and everyone raves about it still. Absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering again!! Thank you so much!!!“
“I just got a Chopped Cheese and it was quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. The vibe inside was so friendly. They new most of their customer's names and were so welcoming. I won't go to another neighborhood deli...this is the only one for me!“
“I truly cannot believe this place has so few reviews- in an absolute sense, and not just because it's vegan, this is one of my favorite restaurants I tried recently in Brooklyn. This place is a small vegan deli in Bed-Stuy, not much space inside but has quick service. The menu has vegan takes in NYC classics like the bacon egg and cheese or chopped cheese. We ordered the Reuben loaded fries and chopped cheese sandwich. Both came out fresh and were high quality and value. The chopped cheese was amazing and savory, which is impressive considering it is vegetarian. The Reuben fries were also great and came with a healthy amount of sauerkraut. Overall this place is a must try and a true hidden gem!“
“This place is awesome! We stopped by on our way out of town for a late lunch, at a random time - when they were getting ready to open for dinner, and everyone was so nice. Delicious sandwiches, super chill atmosphere, and great music playing; definitely making this one of our spots on the upper east side. Check out the bathroom if you love old album covers, so cool.“

“Employees are very good at there jobs & politeThey make a mean sandwich for sure and the prices aren't that bad for the times we are experiencingI will continue shopping there as long as they are in BusinessThank you for the Great food“
“A proper authentic old school deli with real genuine kind owners who are passionate and care about their products and service. The food matches its authenticity. (They use regionally sourced Dietz and Watson and even have grass fed burgers) Other delis, restaurants, or any other type of business for that matter, take note - this is how it's done. One of NYC's best kept secrets and kind of want to keep it that way, but that would be selfish of me not to spread the word of just how good it is. As a NYC native, I can tell you I've tried my fair share of Deli's and finding the best BEC (bacon, egg, and cheese) around, and this one by far tops the list in any category.“
“The store is small and plenty of items available. I have bought turkey wraps and salads from this spot. Prices are reasonable. The wraps are made fresh and pretty thick with deli meat. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Good place to get a quick bite to eat or the many beverages available“
“A great spot in the Forest Hills area! I was craving a burger and I saw this on yelp and came by! They have a variety of different beers on tap and in the fridge. They have a good amount of seating if you want to order some food, they have a variety of different kinds of food to order from wings, burgers, sandwiches, appetizers, salad and more! The staff is super friendly and helpful! They also have TVs so you can watch a game while drinking a cold beer ! I definitely will be returning to try the wings!“
“Greene Bites is one of those spots you go to when you're craving a bacon egg and cheese at 1 in the morning. From my first time walking in, I knew this place was it. The food is amazing, the staff is friendly, their coffee keeps me going and the music is always on point. They have so many options you can't really go wrong. If you're in the neighborhood, make sure to check this spot out. 10/10 for this place!“
“This deli is the best! I get a smoothie from there almost every day, and it is 10000% better than any overpriced chain you might find in the neighborhood. Victor is the sweetest and has made me feel right at home since I moved to Williamsburg. Hard workers, humble, and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet :)“
“This place has been around for a long while, but I only came here for the first time this past summer, and now, whenever I find myself in the area, I try to come by here for a nice fresh sandwich for lunch. I'll usually get their fresh mozzarella hero, and I'll add tomatoes and peppers as well. They have hot tray daily specials, as well as other specialty Italian ingredients. I love that they're Mets fans and I want to try to support these guys as it's rare to see businesses last for decades now.“
“There not racist like the 7/11 workers and they make great sandwiches and they sell a lot of snacks which is great for me when I go to school and there cheap un like 7/11. I like how they treat everyone with respect. Also good customer service“
“Est. 1978Layout/atmosphere*Italian grocery/deli; hot food in steam trays; one table enclosed on sidewalkFood/drink*Harpo (porchetta, mozzarella and cherry peppers) on hero - Good; seasonings of the porchetta came through; lot of spice (and a hint of sweetness) from the peppers“
“Wonderful people that are courteous to everyone that walks in. The sandwiches are always fresh and made to your preference. I come here for breakfast at least 3 times a week and wouldn't prefer anywhere else to start my days off than here.“
“Good Neighbor Queens is phenomenal! Being a person that goes to the gym, I am always looking for fresh, nutritious, and delicious food. Good Neighbor Queens checks off all of those boxes! Their smoothies and protein shakes are simply outstanding too. Lastly, they have impeccable customer service that makes the entire experience all the more better.“
“Needed something fast and this place was close to my hotel. Absolutely delicious. I got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and it was cooked to perfection. Great flavor, hot and the bagel was delicious. Enjoyed it so much I canceled my dinner plans and went back for a Reuben and onion rings. Highly recommend. I will crave this place and can’t wait to be back in the city to eat here again.“
“I worked at JFK for 2 years, rented a room in HB commuting from CT. The few days a week I was down there I would often go here for a breakfast sandwich or a sandwich to bring to work for lunch. The owner Mike is a great guy, Barbara was always helpful and fun to talk with. These people made me feel like a local and welcomed me everyday I was there. Highly recommend“
“Yes there food is great. But they like that disrespect women.they disrespected my mother's dead brother. My uncle , they also have a couple employees with drugs problems . I recommend u go there but give the upmost respect because if u don't they might just disrespect your mother. 3 tough guys that's aren't thankful for a thing. There father blessed them with a business and they should be thankful for that. I am being the bigger person and not going in there bc if I do it may not end well. Disrespect my mother one more time that's all I gotta say.“
“Many places sell artificial or frozen food NOT THIS PLACE!!! The Halva is delicious and crunchy. They have a fresh salad bar every day! The hispanic young lady named Jessica was very polite and went above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction. I also had thedelight to taste a tuna sandwich with pickles on sesame bread. I will be visiting again for tasty fresh food. THANK YOU!!!“
“Layout/atmosphere*German deli; hot/cold food; takeout onlyFood/drink*Reuben (with corned beef) on rye - Good; tender beef; melted Swiss; little messy but bread didn’t completely fall apart from its contents*Macaroni salad - Good*Cucumber salad - Good“
“The sandwiches are to die for. Got the Hercules based off a recommendation and it was the best thing I've ever eaten. This was the most friendly and welcoming places I've ever been. The staff is super friendly the owner was super accommodating getting a us a place to sit down and eat. If you're in the area and you're not getting your food here daily you're insane. Run don't walk to this place.“
“I was going to say hello to Tino while having his lunch in front of the TV but I didn’t.The sandwich I had for $12.50 was awful Chicken Cutlet #1 and I mean awful. Tino serve a nice piece of chicken cutlet instead of eating breadcrumbs. I know he would not eat that himself.Serve nice pieces of chicken. I don’t want to give anyplace a bad review. I just paid $12.50 for nice bread.“
“As a Haitian, I'm very critical of other Haitian restaurants. This was my first time trying Blueline and it did amaze me. The griot (fried pork) in the sand which was so well seasoned and well cooked. It was soft on the inside but crispy on the outside, everything you could ask for with griot. It included a secret sauce that was INCREDIBLE. The place was a cute takeaway spot with a few seats. I began to chat with the woman at the front and asked her who's recipe was the secret sauce. It was hers! She was so nice and had a wonderful energy. Definitely coming back here soon, will become a Brooklyn staple for me. (To the owner: don't give that secret sauce recipe away!)“
“3A'S Legacy Salad & Grill is a jewel and I can't wait to return. This is a casual and friendly little place. I really like their menu and it includes variety of items. Service was outstanding, too. 3A'S Legacy Salad & Grill - Well worth the high reviews.“
“This store is very friendly and helpful many times I didn't have enough to get my toddler the snacks he desired but the guy would often let me slide in the most nice way and I noticed the kindness and sit I appreciate it wish there were more people out here like him because a lot of us single moms struggle low key“
“I love this Deli and how convenient it is. The foods always on point and they’re very hospitable and kind. Chico, Raul, and Danny are always super nice and treat their customers with nothing but the best customer service. Keep up the good work!!! I’d rate this place higher if I could ????Dietary restrictions: They have practically everything, so no matter what lifestyle diet you have, they can provide.Kid-friendliness: they’re very friendly with anyone who comes in regardless of age“
“Great coffee, just like in their other locations, but they really should upgrade the sizes of their cups to be more in line with the average sizes served in the area. For example, they seem to be using an extra small cup and making that the same price as somewhat larger cups are selling for in the area.“
“This store is located next to the 6 train. Morrison/Soundview stop. They are open twenty-four hours. Their cold and hot sandwiches are very good. The store is clean. Especially the grill area. When I go back, I'll snap a picture of the menu. They have Lotto, too.“
“Had the New York wrap (bbq chicken and onions). Really good. This place is also the first stop for a lot of kids events that 4BronxProject organizes on Mosholu. This place always goes all out for the kids during those which I really appreciate.“
“This has been one of my go to spots to order delivery from for over a year now, and I really haven't ever been disappointed. Their burger is big, flavorful, and juicy. It comes with fries for $8.50. Incredible deal. Their chopped cheese and impossible burger chopped cheese are both great. The chicken quesadilla is another go to, crispy and a hefty amount of filling. Today I tried something from their bubble tea menu (?!), black unsweetened tea with mango and kiwi popping bubbles, and really enjoyed it. They also have a nice selection of the typical bodega snacks.“
“This is a hidden gym for authentic delicoius Korean food. Me and a friend went after watching a movie. Two orders of Bi-bim-baps took 20 minutes as she made them from scratch. She then gave us some free radish kimchi as a side. Very nice woman, and great food that is reasonably priced. I would gladly go again.“
“This is my favorite deli near my house they have everything I need. I love their food its so good and specially smoothies so delicious. Also the costumer service i feel like I’m home when ever I’m there I love my ockyy Sammy he make my day every time I come there.“
“Excellent! It's like stepping back in time once you walk through the door. All the sights and wonderful smells of a real old fashioned Italian Deli. The staff are warm and welcoming and the food is always excellent. There is a relatively rustic area with sturdy wooden tables and chairs where you can eat your sandwich there on the premises if you don't feel like taking your food on the road. You can't find too many places like this anymore and it's a shame. I can almost guarantee that you will be hard pressed to find a sandwich on par with them in all the 5 boroughs. The decor, the excellent service and the amazing food, what's not to love? If you're in the area then you definitely need to take the time to stop by. You won't be disappointed.“
“They absolutely cater to you. If you visit you have to try the Boar's Head Pastrami coated Turkey. DELICIOUS!!!!!!Vegetarian options: The sell sandwiches, you can do no meat no dairy options.Wheelchair accessibility: It is ground level access.“
“Great place good was good fresh feels like a old school Italian deli. Glad to see places like this are still around. Affordable prices. I would rather come here and support local business than go to McDonald's and get processed overpriced food.“
