Red sausage is not delicious
The $14 chicken rack comes with cilantro and raw onions, which is not delicious.

“These are recent photos but I’ve been going here since I lived in Queens in 1980. Food tastes exactly the same and that’s a good thing. The prepared foods are just solid. The customer service is amazing and the feel is homely. I always feel like I’m going home when I walk into Meal Mart in Queens. Thanks for keeping it going!“

It is chock full of yummy surprises, all arranged beautifully, in perfect condition. There was such a generous amount of food, they could make a meal and still graze after. The meat, cheese, fruit, nuts & dried fruit were premium quality & we’re told, very delicious. It arrived in a cute huge box, with flowers & a honey dipper tied into the colorful wrapping twine. This gift was a big hit & I couldn’t be happier.“

“I stopped by this store to pick up lunch and was impressed by how clean it is. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly and even recommended some of his childhood favorite snacks. We had a really nice conversation.

All the takeout food is house-made, with a great variety of banchan (side dishes) and authentic snacks. I tried a unique banchan with jellyfish, papaya, turnip, and carrots—it was refreshing and perfectly crunchy. I also had pancakes, pork dumplings, and chicken over rice, all of which were delicious. The chicken rice bowl was served warm, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to try more items.“

The food is great we love coming here regularly. The host is always cold towards us, she’s much more polite towards other Koreans, could be a language barrier. The Resturant is always cold temperature wise, wear your jacket.“

“Perfect restaurant after a St John's game. Parents were traveling out of LGA, with different allergies, needed somewhere to gather and eat on way back to airport. Absolutely wonderful food and service. They even offered separate checks. FYI they do GF pizza on their own tins, as well as gluten free deserts. Total win!“

“A little hole-in-the wall Korean joint near the 7 train/LIRR stop in Woodside Queens. I stop there a couple of times a week after work to pickup dinner. There aren’t any sit-down tables, but the food more than makes up for it. The classic Korean dishes are delicious and satisfying. I love how generous they are with the veggies. Everything is fresh and homemade. The people here are always so kind and welcoming too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, no-frills, tasty Korean food!“

“I had Kadyah's Soul food for the first time a week ago and I have to say that the flavor of everything was well balanced and pronounced. You never questioned if there needed to be more seasoning. For me personally, I love to simply eat meat, and all the meat that I have tried tasted amazing. Also, despite my meat comment, I loved the yams. Definitely recommend.“

“I have ordered from this place numerous times and have never been disappointed by their pizza. I am writing this positive review, however, due to a recent order that had to be cancelled. Due to circumstances out of their control, the restaurant did not have an item that was the main reason for this order. They were very friendly and professional when they called and understood my reason for cancelling the Grubhub order. Still, I will certainly be ordering from here again...and again. Went back tonight after work had rice and peas with curry goat gravy and fried chicken. I can easily say one of the best Jamaican spot I have tried over the year.“
