“I was just here with some family. They were very slammed, which I know I have experience with. I didn’t get a chance to grab the girls name but there was a sweet young girl making the subs with her mom in the back doing some prep work for the following shift. One of my family members expressed that they were annoyed that the lady doing prep work couldn’t help make the subs. But those who are in the food service industry know that when you’re not on the clock you can’t wait on people. The girl was beyond sweet and presented herself well while being very clearly upset. Thank you guys❤️“

The young woman that answered was very nice an apologized to remake it or come back another day I went right back to get it and it was hot and fresh like they said it would be very nice, friendly employees, and the young woman at the front counter Was very sympathetic.“

“This used to be a very good Taco Bell, I used to frequent that often when they served breakfast. But since they discontinued breakfast, I've only stopped here on occasion. Well, yesterday was one of those occasions. The service for taking my order was fine. The weight for my food was completely unacceptable! I've added three photos of our receipts showing that from the time we ordered until our food came out it was 27 minutes. This is completely unacceptable for what it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant! I don't know what has happened to this staff in the last 6 months but this is horrendous! Luckily, the food was fine! After all, we only ordered 8 soft shell tacos! Not a particularly difficult order to complete. This unacceptable wait combined with the fact they no longer serve breakfast, I seriously doubt I will frequent this Taco Bell again. It's unfortunate because I do like Taco Bell.“

Wheelchair accessibility: It's wheelchair accessible but you have to walk thru the drive thru to get to the door“

“Alitte slow in drive thur, but the food is worth the wait. The wait was MUCH shorter than McDonald's drive thur where IF they get your order right and in the bag it's thrown together and pretty bad food. Love the grilled burgers here instead of microwaved/heat lamps at McDonald's. Food tastes very GOOD!“

“I live in Amsterdam but go to this location because of how much better it is. I've never had an ordered messed up. I always got what I asked for and they actually fill everything to the top. I get nachos with extra beef and it's wonderful how much they give. I should've taken a picture, will get one next time!“

“This was the way McDonald's is supposed to taste like.
It sent me back 40 years or more when McDonald's was half way decent. We all know what we're getting when we buy McDonald's, we don't expect heath food, but they can at least serve me hot, fresh food that tasted okay.
This McDonald's has exceeded in every category from cleanliness to customer service. This is by design, not by accident. I have been to this particular McDonald's multiple times and the service and food have been the same every single time. All the employees from the bottom through to management should be commended for their hard work and determination to do the job the RIGHT way. All McDonald's should have to go through training at this McDonald's to be certified.“
