“I stopped by Raising Cane’s around midnight, and even though it was super late, Yassa went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. The food came out quickly fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. Yassa was a friendly and patient guy and clearly cared about providing great customer service despite the time . It’s rare to find that kind of dedication during late shifts but thank god Yassa and his crew took great care of me!“

“I have been ordering take out from here for the past three years, and each time Roast and Co never fails me. My go to are the caprese sandwich and the home fries on the side. The home fries are soft and not like your common crispy french fries, but, everybody has their own opinions. Service is always a little cold and personally, I am fine with that since it's take out.“

“Great experience, i had the chance to speak with the owner which walk me through his process of how he makes the chicken, he uses home grown seasoning, which i noticed once i tried the chicken, i was amazed by how delicious it tastes, portions are great compared to the price, the tiramisu is the cherry on top, usually almost everywhere the tiramisu is ordered or bought, his tiramisu is homemade which is sooo delicious, definitely worth it of stopping by and trying!“

“Everything was spectacular. We got the Disco Fries with caviar and they were phenomenal. Got the chicken bites and fries for my kids, they are super picky and rarely eat but they wolfed them down. The chicken sandwich was absolutely amazing. Crazy surprise was the burger. You wouldn’t expect a chicken spot to have a burger this incredible. Hands down the best burger I have had in Brooklyn and I have had pretty much every hyped burger you could name. I can’t speak highly enough of this place!“

“I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely outstanding. Everything from the chicken, all the sides, and even the salad was incredibly delicious.

However I don’t know that I would recommend this place for large groups. The biggest problem was that it was incredibly loud and hard to hear in there. Like actual shouting to hear the person next to you, it’s really difficult to talk to anybody not immediately next to you (and even then it’s not easy to hear).

Our service also wasn’t great, they set down our food and didn’t come back to the table for like 30 minutes and they only refilled our water when asked. All this is frustrating when you’re getting hit with the mandatory 20% gratuity for groups (which is fine but at the very least keep the waters filled and ask us if we want more drink orders).“

“For a place in the middle of a block, it just shines through the chicken was absolutely tender fell off the bone season properly. Had a salad with it. That is an artist beautiful put together did take out which was very fast. The rice beautiful the beans were kidney beans and prepared beautifully. You mix the rice and the beans together and use your spoon and you have a wonderful dish. a chicken is spectacular. Got the Kona cola which is delightful and very hard to get goes very well with the meal. Definitely a must place for everybody to go to much better than the Supermarket chickens. Of course they have many other things on the menu and I’m sure that they were just as equally good come on by say hi and the way we go.“

“Top 3 k fried chicken I’ve had in my life! Excited to try Sweetie’s after trying Peeps a few weeks ago. The wings were fried to perfection. Didn’t have that double fried (wet coat?) crunch like the heyday of BonChon about 20 years ago but it was a pleasant crunch nonetheless. I would say the crunch is close to what you would imagine Kentucky Fried Chicken’s would taste like based on the picture but unlike that KFC there is no disappointment! Sweetie’s has a nice combination of crunch that also crumbles softly.

My kid got the tteokbokki and it was a very decent sized portion for the price. Good flavor, they didn’t skimp on the sauce, and the rice cakes were not over/under cooked!

Theo rice bowls and jap chae both looked good but will have to wait till next time to actually taste them“

“BK location is more pleasant than KTown Manhattan. Clean tables and fries to order. Had delicious boneless tenders in honey garlic sauce and the order came quickly and the skin was crunchy and light. I’d definitely prefer this location to Manhattan because the food is made to order vs KTown had pre-made takeaway.

Plus if you want to listen to non-stop kpop while watching Brooklyn foot traffic from the window, this spot is for you.

Their boba is also top tier, with my favorite consistency of boba pearls (super soft). The s'mores mochi donut was really good, too!“
