“As a military guy I look for good service, polite servers, and good food. It is the best sub shop I have been in, in a long time. It was a great sub and I was able to eat it outside at a table and the help was out every few minutes to see if anyone needed anything else. Please check them out.“

“This is by far the best deli! They have the best food and staff always so attentive and quick to take and make orders, so friendly and they give huge amounts of food with your order and are not even close to skimpy. They even remember you and your orders and really just makes the experience positive. I go here everyday that I can! Thank you for the best service!“
“This deli has the best sandwiches. I ordered a ham and cheese wedge and they were very generous with the meat. I also purchased 3 beef empanadas and OMG they were the best I ever had. The potatoe salad was home made and also delicious. The staff was very nice and enjoyed speaking with them. I would definitely recommend BrightSide Deli.“

“I have lived in Verplanck for the past 12yrs. now. My situation is as such that I don’t have a car so getting back and forth to the Grocery store is difficult for me. Jimmy gets what I need in his store and I am so grateful to be able to shop there. Jimmy and his sons are pleasant, respectful and welcoming whenever I go there.“

“Tacos were very good, This place looks run down but their bathroom is nice.
This place gives off gas station vibes but I did not get sick eating their food. I ordered 4 steak tacos and they tasted delicious and did not leave an onion taste/smell in my mouth which I am very grateful for!“

“I used to pick up breakfast when in a hurry for work or lunch. Always delicious, clean deli with great staff! I moved away but whenever in NY it’s my go to. Hands down better than grabbing fast food. Oregon deli always offers healthy choices!“

“They have great sandwiches. I'll pick them up before going sailing and they're a very satisfying meal. The only downside is that the wait time is sometimes a bit long (20-25 minutes even when I call in beforehand for cold sandwiches). I think it is justified though since they are often very busy and that makes me happy that they have so much business. I like the Bomber sandwich a lot if I'm in the mood for a hot one! Totally recommend, but if you're in a hurry during their daytime hours you might need to account for a little bit of a wait.“

“Delicious!! We were up here on a mini vacation. And anytime we're in New York. Whether it's Manhattan or New York State, I always grab a few bagels to take home and freeze. If you're wondering if you can freeze bread, yes, yes you can. I grabbed a few and so did my friends and we all agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. Agree that this was the best bagel we've had in quite some time. I am in Philly and they live in South Jersey. If you're in the area, go here, this is a must, grab a bagel or a dozen (I kind of wish I bought more lol).
My go-to is always everything bagel however, I saw an onion pumpernickel, wow just wow is all I can say.“

“This place is really great for an impossibly cheap and delicious meal. It’s half market, half eatery. My wife is from Peru and got to experience Ecuadorian food for the first time here and she loved it. I’ve been to Ecuador before and I can say that this is pretty delicious and authentic food. Definitely check this place out when in Peekskill.“

“always always happy with their BEC sandwiches. they only have a *tiny* amount of room for dining in, so it’s mostly/mainly a take-out/pick-up spot. food is always delicious though. if you commute or have a train trip or whatever then it makes way more sense to get food from here vs. the other nearby options (there’s a whole entire restaurant/bar at the actual old Peekskill station, but its a lil ‘foo-foo’. THIS spot which is right across the street has much better/more food options).their menu prices are very reasonable, and the food quality makes it totally worth it.“

“Great authentic Central American food! From their tamales, tacos and popusas, on top of the regular deli food. Also every Sunday they have a beef soup that's very good!! Main reason why I keep coming back. I highly recommend this place.“

“We worked with The Main Course for lunch on three consecutive days. I worked with them to curate a delicious and nutritious meal for each of the three days. Each day offered up a different tasty meal, complete with proteins, sides and deserts, while accommodating dietary restrictions. The delivery service was prompt and comprehensive, and the provided serving ware was nice. Thank you for taking such good care of our team! We will certainly be working with them again.“

“Lous corner have a big variarity of sandwiches and some hot food and all was clean and delicious. Employees are so nice and they have a very large variety of food (hot and cold) and salads.Management changed no long time a go, but no body noticed because all employees still working there and the food still having the same quality and flavor.All types of sodas, beer, coffee and many more to drink.In a few words, you can find there all you need for a breakfast, lunch or for your reunion at home with friends to watch any sport on the weekends.“
“This morning I went to Baisleys. The doors were unlocked and the lights were on. When I walked in, I was told "I'm not open yet" but there were 2 officers being helped but I got turned away. I've been going to this deli for many years, but after today I am disgusted and will not be going back.“

“Absolutely 10/10. Came in on a whim after saying “Gosh I need to try them” for a long time. Don’t be like me, TRY THEM NOW! I’m writing this review mid-sandwich because it just couldn’t wait. There are just some places you can tell take pride in the kind of product they’re putting out. Delicious ingredients and care make for the best food, every time- something they have perfected here. Country deli’s staff were friendly and everyone seemed to have a genuine smile. One of their regulars walked in behind me- they knew him by name and began making his sandwich before the door was shut behind him. Rest assured I will frequent enough to be known by them from now on. Fighting myself on going back to order another sandwich right now.“
