I will also recommend not wrapping it up while it's piping hot in foil because when it arrived and was opened, every bit of the cheese stuck to the foil and it was unsalvageable. definitely could use some bit more sauce, and chicken for the price. and tonight we ordered a pizza and garlic knots. it was just okay. not terrible but nothing to write home about. we specifically asked for it well done and it wasn't even close. the crust is chewy and almost stale tasting. which also made the garlic knots chewy. Mr Crispy, with all due respect, perhaps try to live up to the name by making your breads and dough actually crispy or somewhat crispy?“

Even though the "fancier" part of the restaurant is generally only open at night, Danny (the owner) opened early for us in the middle of the afternoon. The food was delicious. The service was attentive, but not overbearing. This was important after a funeral because we all wanted to spend time talking and visiting with each other, not just eat and get out. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and antipasto plate for the table. Both were so good we had to get another batch of each. Everyone ordered what they wanted from the menu, so we had a wide range of dishes. Everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy what they ordered. Good wine selection, too. They really took care of us.
