“My review encapsulates multiple trips to Maya, and a wedding event. It first started when we came to taste test the food. Mohit is as genuine as it gets. He ensured us that we must first come to try the food before we have catering for the wedding.

Our first trip, we ordered many things from the menu. It passed the taste testing from a very good Auntie, and cook. After getting the approval, we chose to order the main dishes and appetizers we thought all the wedding guests would certainly enjoy. Mohit then recommended dishes to pair well with our original choices.

He walked us through everything and even had his team deliver to our wedding. The food was extremely well packed and delivered, and fresh!

All we did was put the hot foods on burners.

Almost every single guest complimented the food, including the guests from India, which is a tall feat!! The desserts we ordered were also a huge success.

We can't thank Mohit and his team enough for the most beautiful wedding, complete with Auntie approved catering that left everyone raving about the wonderful time they had.“

“THE Royalton Mansion-- If I could rate them 10 stars I would! The best kept secret on Long Island. The most beautiful venue with such a care for detail with the best bang for your buck with pricing. From the day we had our first meeting with the Royalton they have been fantastic and after my Husband and I walked in the first time we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Mike T and his entire staff were perfect. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Mike T told me we didn’t need a wedding planner or coordinator with them and he was right. He took his role above and beyond! Every question and pre-wedding concern I had was answered quickly and ever worry I had they calmed my fear. The food was amazing and every aspect of the menu completely customizable. We had so many dietary restrictions and Mike was able to accommodate everyone without any issues. The grounds are beautiful both inside and outside. We planned for our ceremony to be in their beautiful garden but unfortunately mother nature had other plans and the move to inside was still as beautiful. Our family and friends are still raving about how beautiful it was, how amazing the food was and how the staff were phenomenal. Michelle, the bridal attendant was also phenomenal and helped the day run so smoothly! We had an unfortunate incident thar required a guest to be removed from the wedding. The professionalism and approach that Mike T took to handle the situation was perfect to the point that I had no idea of the circumstance and to those involved were blown away on how well it was handled by himself and staff and to ensure all our guests were safe as well. Everything was perfect — It was set up both indoors and outdoors, and as regulations changed, they were adaptive to our needs to be able to keep the wedding safe and per guidelines while also a true wedding party. The food was the best we’ve ever had at a wedding. We visited a lot of places and have been to a lot of weddings but Genadeen wins the prize. Our guests agreed.
