If I owned this franchise (assuming it is a franchise) I would instantly pay the employees i met today double, and hire a couple more. I cant comment on other people's experiences, but I know this team is working hard. I watched them handle their business, and I appreciate the hustle.“

She went above and beyond to meeting my requests while she was busy making the fries and running to the back to look for what I was asking for, meanwhile one of her coworkers was being unfriendly towards my requests. “A clean restaurant with fast food done well. I got the tenders and my friend got the grilled chicken bites. Plus some waffle fries. Everything was delicious. I've been to this location a few times and the service and food have always been good.“

“I got the kabob chicken over basmati rice with a salad. The portion was huge, so was able to get two meals out of it. The salad was dressed perfectly with just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't drowning, but all coated nicely. I especially liked the cheese over it, which melted slughtly being packed together with the rice& chicken. The chicken was browned nicely and the rice was firm yet tender with the grains not stuck together at all. It was aromatic and yummy! The service was friendly and I would definitely order from them again.“

“I order delivery from here to my dorm every few weeks and I have to say the quality of food from this location blows almost every location I know back in NYC out of the water. The prices are great, the portions are excellent, and I don't know what's going on back in the kitchen but I genuinely believe some of the items I receive look even better than the pictures on the menu. I typically never write reviews but this place goes above and beyond and I wish the best for the worker who made my loaded nachos with potatoes last night at ~12:30 AM this Thursday.“

“This one is always such a good location. The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and it always comes out in a timely manner. They also get the orders correct.

I do wish they had air conditioning in the building since some days it's a little hot and sitting inside to eat should be comfortable (unless maybe the air conditioning isn't really working as well today)“

“I love the food here, but it really is never ready... I order an hour before I need it and go in 20 minutes after it says it should be ready and I still wait 30-50 minutes every time. This last time I got food I ordered for pickup at 6:15 and when I got there at 7:00, It was just being put on the shelf.

It is also so cold in there, I swear they always have their air conditioning on 10 degrees. Lol“

“I love Peruvian food, so I was excited about this place since there are no Peruvian restaurants in Rochester. We ordered the Machu Bowl and the Peruvian Rotisserie Half chicken meal. Great flavors! I loved the chicken and ají verde sauce. 💚 Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked. It was well-seasoned but probably needed about 8-10 minutes more of cooking. I'd return again for another meal.“

“The brisket was seasoned to perfection, my son loved the pulled pork he loved the macaroni and cheese….I loved the Cajun corn my daughter loved the mashed potatoes and gravy, the cornbread was so good I’m from the south we love sweet cornbread and my son devoured the potato salad the baked beans were so good…we’ll be back for sure.“

I feel like I am eating in a barn… I'm sitting at the furthest table from the kitchen as possible… There looks to be about 12 people working and I think they are ALL talking at the same time… They are definitely using their outdoor voices & it's very distracting… They are yelling to announce that guests are coming in the door, they are yelling, "Welcome to Wendy's!" to greet customers that are walking in, they are yelling names out customers whose orders are ready, they are yelling about taking the trash out because it shouldn't be sitting on the floor, they are yelling out things they need for drive-thru orders, they are yelling about someone needing to check the dining area... I just can't listen to any of this yelling anymore... I'm taking my sandwich to the car where it's quiet & relaxing ! 😳😡“

“Wings were tasty. Pizza was very bland, like supermarket pizza. Also I witnessed them discarding many of the slices that they offer throughout the day. Such a wasteful thing. No wonder they charge $5 for a slice (to make up for all the ingredients and resources that are used to prepare the food that gets thrown out)“

“Stopped in for dinner after a long road trip. Usually have a good experience at most Arby's but this was just a bit off.

Pros: the place was clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. Customer service is definitely worth noting. Easy entry and exit from the parking lot as well.

Cons: Food was either old or overcooked. The roast beef sandwiches were ok, but the chicken sandwiches we ordered were dry. The curly fries and the fried maccaroni bites were inedible. They were so burnt/ overcooked as if they had been sitting in oil for days.

I'm hoping this was just "one of those days", but when you spend $30+ on food, you hope you can at least get through half of it.“
