“very expensive and horrible service…the waiter had to be told what we needed instead of asking us first,food was COLD not warm but COLD…we were sat down without plates or napkins when given our appetizer and when asked it took almost 15 minutes to recieve them the waiter also never asked how the food was or anything else…FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE!!!!“

“Rating for food is not specific to this location as in general dominoes is not my first choice for pizza. Went to dominoes this time due to logistical reasons and convenience. Didn’t see a dime in area so can’t speak to atmosphere but staff were pleasant.“

“All good here now that they include everything in my pick up orders! They didn't in the beginning. Things would be missing regularly. Its been perfect tho lately thank god because these are the best trash plates in the state!!! Best meat sauce ive ever had. The ice cream place at the bottom end of geneva who sells trash plates...idk what the hell that sauce is, but its unlike any sauce that ANYONE puts on trash plates ANYWHERE! Its so odd. Its 90% liquid and tastes/smells like some badly made chili. I've gotten 25+ cheeseburger Salvie plates since they opened in Geneva. The girls would vouch for me on that im not exaggerating. The beautiful ladies working the front counter have improved drastically with customer service too. Glad to see this place thriving like it should“

“My wife and I were visiting the area last Sunday afternoon and found this wonderful place for lunch. The food was incredible and the portion sizes were huge! We knew nothing about this place and took a chance and boy were we glad we did! Server was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Decor and atmosphere are superb and the place is neat, clean, and looks fantastic! Wondering if the owners would consider opening another one of these in the Detroit Michigan area.😉

We grabbed a half pepperoni, half cheese pie here recently and honestly it was excellent. Hand-tossed, New York style — you can tell everything’s fresh. No shortcuts.

What made it even better was getting to meet the owner Mary. Super welcoming, great with our little ones — that stuff matters when you’ve got young kids with you. She let the kids pick out a couple of the cookies and offered them some stickers and tattoos, which I thought was a nice touch.

The staff was on top of it the whole time without being overbearing. And after the pizza, they brought out hand-baked cookies made with simple, fresh ingredients — a nice touch we weren’t expecting. The kids loved those just as much.

Speaking of the kids — on the way home they said it was the best pizza they’d ever had. That’s not something they say lightly.

Worth the visit. We’ll be back.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve had a favorite pizza place and I’m pretty sure Otis and Lisa’s is now my new favorite pizza place! Their food is so good!
