“My husband ran a 5K at Olana and we stopped here after - the waitress/host was VERY kind! I enjoyed the tallest (and probably best tasting) Avocado Toast I’ve ever had!! It was a very unique set-up and the food was nicely prepared & so fresh!!! I have to say, though, that as a wheelchair-user the creaky floor was unsettling. “We were out and about in Hudson today and we were a little hungry so we stopped into kitties and I had probably one of the best egg sandwiches I ever had. I highly recommend the egg sandwich with sauerkraut. The vibe in there was very comfortable iced coffee Was nice and strong. They had a great bakery selection and a lot of local products. So if you’re coming out of the train station in Hudson, I say swing by kitties you won’t be sorry.“

“Stopped in for lunch today and really enjoyed the delicious chicken salad wrap and side salad 🙂. Not only was the food great, but the service was so pleasant — Alicia was my server and couldn’t have been nicer and so sweet. She suggested the chicken salad wrap and I’m so happy that I followed her recommendation — looking forwsrd to returning soon.“

“We had a most extraordinary Sunday brunch at The Maker Cafe yesterday. We were there by chance, around 1 pm, and are so glad we found this lovely spot with a most attentive staff. We're not spring chickens, and we much appreciated the help getting seated, the delicious butternut squash soup, the fabulous eggplant alla parmgiana sandwich, the broccoli salad. Thanks to you all - we loved it, and we look forward to coming to the restaurant some evening soon.“

“Food is super fresh & tasty for a Coffee House Easy atmosphere and coffee is great. I love the ground coffee to buy for at home. Lots of exotic flavors from other countries although it’s $16 a bag it is well worth it Service is great A cool place to hang out esp outside in the back in the Spring & Summer.“

“Supernatural Coffee is an awesome spot for a pick-me-up right on Warren Street, tucked inside an antique shop. The space is bright, airy, and has plenty of room to relax. The coffee is fantastic — all local and really high quality.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a great cup in Hudson!“

“Lovely spot. Very cozy and comfortable for hanging out with multiple lounge/seating areas. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had a chai and a black coffee. I love their coffee mugs.

“Love it. But! The Kingston/Lake Katrine location is closing to the public next week. ☹️ It will be for production and staff only. Wouldn’t mind working there! ? I just love the cafe here, big, open space, delicious baked goods. I really think this big cafe idea is a good one, but I understand it might not be the priority as production and staff is important, of course.“

“The food was absolutely outstanding. The leeks in the croque madame were a really nice and delicate touch.
The French Toast is unbelievable! The inside is so soft and custard like with a hint of lemon and vanilla.
The curried lentils are really good too.
The young lady helping us was very kind and sweet and made some great recommendations!“
