“Although they have food, I've yet to try it, as we usually only stop by on the way home for one last drink and/or coffee after BBQing on the beach. The service is always very personable, and my boyfriend absolutely loves this place; he talked about the Gilgo Inn all throughout the off-season when we first met before I finally got the chance to visit with him.They're cash only, but they have an ATM ($3 service fee). All the seating is outside, but there's a TV inside as well as framed photos of how the place used to look, including some shots of it submerged in water following a storm some years back.The coffee is good, and the drinks are alright and won't break the bank. I think the cocktails were around $10 apiece. There are proper bathrooms across the parking lot, too.“

“This restaurant is the greatest. The owner and he husband are extremely nice and their food is excellent. Our 2 year old always enjoys the food herself. They have an extensive menu and the dishes are made fresh after you order. The appetizers such as the baby octopus and shrimp wrapped in bacon are on another level. The picaña is also amazing. Most people who are there are regulars. Very relaxing atmosphere as well.“

“Started going here a little while back for the Subculture nights hosted by Dj Cody and from the first visit knew this was a great place. Johnny the bartender is a great guy and a class act and a really attentive bartender. The service is great here and you never wait a long time to get a drink no matter how many people are there. Along with great service the atmosphere is pretty cool and the nights are always fun. Definitely worth the trip whether you live close or have to travel a bit. I will continue to go to The Rabbits Foot on a regular basis as it is always a great time.“

“My family and I tried Park Avenue Grill because of their large gluten free menu. The brunch food was excellent. I tried the gluten free churro waffle bites, which were divine, and GF Tuscan eggs Benedict. There was also a decent sized vegan menu! Their specialty lattes were delicious. The atmosphere is cozy inside and they have an outdoor patio! “I had my baby shower at Goldy's Gems in November of 2023 and was absolutely thrilled by the customer service, food and atmosphere. Our guests raved about the food and how their glass was never empty, thanks to the chef, servers/bartenders! It's such a trendy place and gives off awesome vibes. We enjoyed the shower so much, that we wanted to hold our son's Baptism at another one of the restaurant groups locations. We chose to have the event at Post Office cafe and once again they knocked our socks off. We were fans just on an ordinary day, so we just knew the events would be even better and we were right. Melissa, Chris, Chris and our servers/bartender once again were amazing in every way. During our planning we also found out they just had a renovation in our event room that made it look so bright and welcoming. The staff is extremely accommodating, especially on the day of when it comes to decor setup. We were able to bring our decor earlier in the day and then have someone set up about a half hour-hour early so that when our guests arrived all was in its place. The staff at Post Office even offered to assist with some setup as long as it was simple placement. If you are ever in need of an event space, I would highly suggest Post Office Cafe and Goldy's Gems or any restaurant in this restaurant group, you just can't go wrong!“

In 1970; my parents made the same decision countless others did; joining the great migration to the suburbs, determined to find a nice, safe place to settle and raise a family in one of the most highly-rated school districts in America. I have never stopped thanking them for that decision, it was simply a wonderful place to grow up. Fortunately; my parents found a modest 3-bedroom home on a block that was literally IN WALKING DISTANCE to All American and, believe me, WE WALKED THERE OFTEN. I have tears in my eyes looking at the photos and remembering the countless summer nights we'd scrounge for change in the couch cushions, Mom's purse, anywhere-- and it was always enough to get a hot delicious burger, fries, drink and even a grilled cheese or ar knish. We'd sit along the benches on the sides; happily stuffing our faces, completely unaware of just how lucky we were, or that this cherished icon would still stand half a century later; looking much as it did then-- even though we certainly don't! I know this treasure has received some well-deserved love from the show: Diner's, Drive-in's and Dives and that guy obviously has good taste! The name could not have been more appropriate: It's an ALL-AMERICAN place in one of the greatest All-American hometowns, Massapequa, NY. Enjoy!“

“My Wife and I hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Library Cafe, Melissa was our coordinator and she was flawless with the planning, she had answers to all of our questions and understood our budget limitations, adapted to our one off requests and ensured us a great time. The day of event, Mike was our guardian angel, as soon as we got to the venue he had set up our welcome sign and all of our accessories that we assigned to some of our bridal party. He was on top of drink requests, music, and food to the point our guests were complimenting how incredible he was. He ran a 3 person show single handedly with no hiccups. The food was delicious and the space was great to fit our large party. We will absolutely be booking with them again for a future event.“

The cocktail menu was clever as well as festive. The menu has all the right snacks and hand helds for one or a group. The events board has something posted for every day of the week. We had the Drunk Chicken Sammy with sweet potato tots and the We're Jammin Burger with battered fries. The vodka sauce with burrata elevated the chicken to the next level. Fig jam and candied bacon on the burger was on point. I will definitely partake in snacks the next time we are there for HH.“

“This is a great place and our server was fantastic, helpful and right on top of things. Very nice and large menu. Lots of tasty looking sandwiches and burgers. Really appreciated the huge beer menu and some not so well known beers. I had a Granola Brown Ale from Black Hog in CT. We started with the Crispy Cauliflower app in the chili sauce. It was excellent. My wife had the Spaghetti Squash with the pesto sauce. It was very good, on the smaller size, but a nice plate. I ordered one of the St. Patrick's specials, Corned Beef, Cabbage and potato entree. I was disappointed in the meal. While the corned beef was pretty good, the potatoes and the cabbage were undercooked and hard. took a lot away from the meal.Definitely will try the place again as the vibe and the service was first rate.“

“Can't go wrong with crown fried chicken. I love my Popeyes chicken but crown is definitely special. I don't know what the season that chicken with, but it's very good and flavorful. Fried to perfection and seasoned with love. I just buy chicken wings here and if you're looking for large amounts you have to call it in. They don't have large amounts just sitting around since they cook everything together and it's mixed chicken. Whenever I'm in the area, me and my fiancé stop in to grab some chicken to take home. This place will always be a staple for the neighborhood chicken spot you want a grab some chicken that has that home feeling taste like your parents cooking.“

During the week it is quieter and easy to get a table. The servers know their jobs well and are attentive when you need it without overdoing it.The menu has a different selection from what I expected. “Solid brunch in an unexpected location! I've visited Me & You a few times over the years, as my parents and their friends are quite fond of the place. My most recent visit was during a super busy Sunday brunch rush. We made a reservation but still had to wait a bit. As you could imagine, the place was packed with both boozy brunch crowd AND families with small kids. I had the club sandwich, an item I don't normally go for. It was to offset the sweetness of all of the other entrees we ordered. It was a hefty sandwich, and all of the proportion for the filling was just right. I loved the crunchy sweet potato fries. I had a bit of the blueberry lemon ricotta crepe also. It was sweet but not too sweet as the lemon curd and the blueberries added a nice acidity. Their crepe is not what I think of as crepe, a bit on the thin pancake side than a true French crepe. I've had their other breakfasts before, like the eggs Benedict (ok, nothing to write home about) and the French toast during weekdays, much less busy times. But I felt the food was better despite the Sunday rush. I haven't had drinks here, but they look good, and plenty of tables were drinking it up. The location and the hospitality give them bonus points. Bethpage Station is a skip away. The staff is always friendly. It has the Greek diner vibe without being too old-fashioned. It's nice to have a robust breakfast-y and more lunch-y options both available. Also, they very nicely brought out free dessert for my friend's birthday, though it was clear they were past closing time, and we were some of the last patrons left!“

“Tricia's cafe is filled with a 50's museum like decor. Small but quaint, the food is absolutely delicious. Fresh made food, homey vibes, the servers treat you like you are part of the family. We decided if Matty was behind the bar we'd sit with him but it wasn't so we sat at a table with Sabie. Service and food were wonderful, we both did the pasta night. “This has been my beach for 58 years. I've seen the beach grow. I've seen the beach shrink. I've seen play items. Come and go. It's a great beach. It's protected by the Robert Moses sand bar. The food is good and fairly priced for being at a beach. They've added a bar area and it looks good. I'm not a drinker so I wouldn't know. The best thing they've added is closed showers. You can wash off and more showers outside to rinse feet. I love the upstairs area when I go in the winter it's protected, but you still get to enjoy the beach.“

Granted, I was late to the game, but on the phone, I was told they had everything I wanted and that it was NOT necessary for me to pay in advance. When I got there. Boneless ham was not available to me. I was told, "You should have come in to pay for it." WHO KNEW!! Nobody told me that!! I would have ran right over! Good thing is, the bone in ham was already sliced, cut around the bone and easy to serve. Sides were delicious too. You can head right over there in any day for lunch!“

“One of our meals the ParmeChicken Mileanase came out & the chicken was burned. I politely notified Mary Anne the floor manager of the issue. She immediately came to our table, checked the chicken & agreed it was not to her satisfaction either. She also apologized for this situation. She asked if we wanted a fresh meal which we agreed to. She went back to the kitchen & ordered a fresh plate. Our server Nicole was indisposed in the little servers room. After she was free, she came to our table & apologized. The fresh plate came out & it was cooked like what we expected the first.I would like to Thank Mary-Anne & Nicole for doing everything within their power to fix this situation to our satisfaction.“

“First time coming here. Their breakfast was truly great. The Hershey pancakes hit the spot and it was perfectly done. Huevos rancheros burrito and the breakfast dish (eggs/cornbeef hash/home fries) were delicious. We also purchase their peanut butter cheesecake and rainbow cake to take home.
