“I was there at Jian Nan Syosset, Long Island. Everything went great!! But, those took the orders needed to be more educated to understand each dishes. We were a fairly larger group than standard party size. Some dished were small and some dim sum served with small quantities, like 3 or 4. Those who order for the large group, should give suggestion to order multiple orders for the same dish. So, each one in the group can have at least one.“

I hosted a party of 20 at Applebee’s, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, organized, and incredibly accommodating. Handling a large group is never easy, but they made it look effortless.
Our server Alexandra went above and beyond, keeping drinks full, orders accurate, and everyone happy. The food came out quickly, hot, and perfectly cooked. Not a single mistake, which is impressive for such a big party! Every guest raved about both the service and the quality of the food.
The team Projwal Pradhan, Alexandra and Angel truly made our celebration smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be returning for future gatherings!

“Went to Tap Room tonight for happy hour and had a very good experience. The host sat us down and reviewed the menu and happy hour specials. The server Devlin was very nice and polite as well. Enjoyed the food and definitely would recommend it.“

“Great bar! Love going there. Excellent bartenders and they have fantastic events and parties. And since they bought DiMaggios next door the food has taken a step up from their normally great food and specials. The place looks really nice, too! The people who go there are wonderful... stop in for a drink and food. You will not be disappointed and don't forget your darts.“

“I loved that they had valet service, however I ordered from the brunch menu and I had to keep finding my waiter to give me extra drinks from the bottomless menu. I felt kind of rushed with the way the host, waiter kept taking items off our table even though a lot of our guests couldn't make it. I might try it again but I'll wait awhile.“

“This is a great spot to get some delicious wings and cold beers! Watch sports, talk to new people, catch a live band! Make sure you go on Saturday night to see James behind the bar! He's not just great for beers and conversation, He can make any cocktail you want! (Low key date night with ALL the sports??) James (Jimmy) will soon become a familiar friend. Or just go after work to unwind with a few beers and some folks you worked hard with that day. Go go go! (And the owner is an awesome guy) Lets support this joint!“

“Lovely place. Came in for brunch and we really enjoyed our visit. Not giving 5 stars to the food because my son was not very happy with his choice (Grilled Chicken paillard) in the restaurant’s defense, maybe he should’ve asked more about how the chicken was cooked. “Applebee's is what it is but the menu is improving and the service is great. What is meant by it is what it is means that it is good but not a Michelin restaurant. Enjoy it for what it is, good food, good service, and a neighborhood place to a game and a drink.“

“I have been frequenting this establishment since 2013. Foods great, they have a pool table, the weekly comedy show is a blast and the bartenders make you feel like you are home. For that reason brian dempsey’s has a special place in my heart.“

Thru time "The Great" Umbertos decided to create NY's BEST BRICK OVEN PIZZA (meat lover) and BUFFALO CALAMARI and the rest as they say is history. Umbertos manages the appetite of my wife and mine each and every Friday evening and most definitely do an extraordinary job (to say the least) and my wife and I couldn't be happier. The owners along with their Umbertos staff are"The Tops" as Mel Tormae would say. Umbertos is to culinary arts what Glen is to carpentry -"A TRUE VISIONARY!"- So in conclusion, don't walk BUT run to Umbertos because you don't want them, you NEED them for all your belly filling needs. xoxoxoxoxoxo Jen & Dan Bailey“
