“I went here this morning on my way to my daughters appointment & its the second time I have visited this location. I just wanted to say that the employees that work here are compassionate & friendly. The place is so clean and well-kept. The girl who answered the headset and the man at the window were both soooo very sweet and inviting. I had a rough two days & it sounds so simple but It made my start to my day so much better & I just wanted to let them know it didn't go unrecognized ❤“

“This is the perfect location on the ridiculously long drive to take my mother to her eye doctor. I usually place my app order and it's ready when I arrive, either drive thru or walk in. All the staff have been really pleasant and helpful and I truly enjoy this break in my daily routine.“

“I hope the owner reads this, the poor girl was crying because she was being screamed at, she was the ONLY one there and there were people inside and a line of cars wrapped around the building. You need to look over your numbers more, its business 101. Nobody should NEVER be alone at this time of day. I go to this DD every sing day at all different times and they're always busy with only one person there. That bad on the owners part. You'd probably have more business if you had more workers so things could move faster. At least add one more person.“

I have been going there for 5 years or more and I think I have had had order messed up maybe twice and both times they were more than happy to fix it. I always refer people to this dunkin“

“We all know how McDonald’s can be. Either the best thing ever, or just straight up dog food. But this McDonald’s right here in Glenville has yet to let me down. Freshly made hot food. “While passing through for a short visit to the UAlbany campus, we researched some healthy and affordable lunch options nearby. We are so glad we found Simone's! This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!“
