“Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was delightful busy, but we were able to get a table without a wait. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Service was just a tad slow, but it was rather busy, and the staff did a great job working together and keeping everything moving. The Cornbread French Toast was wonderful, will definitely order that again the next time I'm in town.

The iced mocha latte was served in very cute glassware, and was refreshing on a humid summer morning.

They also have a buffet style service if you are in a hurry on you want something quick to go. Bread is yummy, they have conchas and a lot of sweet bread that you can get. “The kitchen is small, but the flavors are big at the Playhouse Cafe. It’s unbelievable what they are capable of creating — this is not your typical movie theater cafe. Great cocktails, a full coffee shop (my favorite place to work on the weekends while the kids catch a movie), the charcuterie board is fabulous, the muffaletta is my favorite sandwich. My kids love the tater tots and chicken fingers. Don’t miss the churro bites for dessert! Best of all — you never need a movie ticket to eat in the cafe, but if you are seeing a movie — you can bring your food/drinks into the theater.
