“8/23/26. Honestly these were not great. They were never closed so not sure why they were so soggy. I waited about 25 minutes too. I should have just left. I felt bad they seemed understaffed and an Uber Eats guys was harassing them about and order. Not worth $15 for a water and French fries. Truffle aioli was very watered down too“

“Stopped by Shake Shack at LGA Terminal B before our flight for a quick bite. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks, and the food came out pretty quickly, which is definitely appreciated when you’re trying to catch a flight.

The seating area is quite small for how busy this location gets, and we noticed quite a few customers having to stand while eating. The burgers were decent, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite live up to the quality I’ve had at other Shake Shack locations.

Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick meal before a flight, with fast service and easy ordering, but there’s definitely some room for improvement with the seating and food quality.“

“I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.

You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…

Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.

I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“

“This place is usually pretty quiet, which I’m not sure is a good thing or a bad thing, but I’ve never had any issues here. The crew is always great—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food is consistently good, too.

It’s conveniently located right off the Bruckner, and they remodeled about three or four years ago. The place looks great, is clean, and has plenty of seating. There’s also lots of parking, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s a very nice place with a great staff and consistently good food.“

“This the best Subway restaurants in Queens, NY. They build great sandwiches and do their best keeping the ingredients fresh!The staff great you as you arrive and after getting food there a few times they will remember you. The manager and staff are polite, pleasent and are excellent in serving the customers. They try their best to keep the eating area clean, but there are some very sloppy patrons that leave all their refuse on the tables, but the workers clear away quickly. “Day trip with the girls who have lived in New York and know the difference between frozen store bought burgers and fresh off the press. The service was excellent and knowledgeable. The customer before us had a six hour drive back to wherever and the girls in the back gave her specific instructions and were very kind. As a first timer- I was impressed that someone would drive that many hours- she had 2 big boxes in her hands!

“The manager was super helpful. I was trying to order from the app, but it wouldn't let me pay. She tried to help with that, taking her time to assist us. She took our order and even gave us a large milkshake even though we only ordered a medium. The restaurant was clean, and the rest of the staff were helpful.
