“Placed an order for a pizza Friday. After waiting 45 minutes pasted the expected delivery I called. They mistakenly put down 11:45 pm rather than am. They apologized and said they will be there ASAP, they credited me immediately for my order. I had ordered a large … they delivered a sheet- so appreciate a business that makes an honest mistake and handles it quickly and generously! Thank you Marks’s Pizza !!! I have been will continue to be a loyal customer. My co worker’s appreciated the pizza too“

“We drive 45 minutes for dinner every couple of weeks or as often as we can and it’s always worth it. There’s nothing bad on the menu. The wings are our favorite, the chicken salad is my 7 year old daughter’s go to. the subs, the cheeseburger plates, the pizza, all the condiments and sauces-just try it all. Do not forget the chocolate chip cookies either!“

“A classic Italian family pizza spot that is clearly doing something right.

I ordered a half cheese, half peppers and onions large pizza for a family birthday and it came out smelling exactly like the pizza my mom used to make when we were kids.

Everyone who works there clearly has decades of history between them, communicating in quick glances, jokes about family members, and sharing a warmth that you can only get in a place that is doing something well. Definitely want to try more of their specialty menu at some point and will be back for more.“

“I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy... it's 2025... the owners need to do away with that. That being said... their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels store bought. The toppings didnt reach all the way to the crusts on any side so the outside pieces had very little to no toppings. The wings, I split half mild, half garlic parm. I basically just got 50 dry, plain wings. Was very disappointed in the party size preparation and will most certainly not be ordering wings in large quantities or anything bigger than a large pie.“

“Very good tasting pizza, but it was disappointing that they don't have specialty pizzas such as supreme, meat lovers, veggie lovers, etc. Creating your own supreme costs extra for each topping. Great for Carbone's revenue, but not a good deal for customers.“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! There should be more beef options for dinner, ie: ribeye, prime rib, NY strip steak, short ribs, etc. The service was okay, a little slow. I ordered sparkling water and it came in a bottle with no glass, which was kind of odd. I had to request a glass and then the glass she gave me was tiny. It was crowded in there and a little loud, tables are too close together.“

This unassuming place from the outside pleasantly surprises once you enter with its quaint bar area, blacked out ceiling and twin open kitchen stations. First litmus test is the quality of bread with a full complement of spices to prep your own dipping oil. Check! Special of the day, Seared Halibut on a bed of risotto, didn’t disappoint, nor did my samples of homemade Rigatoni à la Bolognese (just like Mom’s Sunday sauce) or the Chicken Milanese! Completed the meal with an ample slice of homemade Ricotta Cheesecake with Berry Compote. The owner checked in with us several times. The table service was perfect. The glass enclosed wine cellar in the middle of the dining area completed an impressive ambience and dining experience. Run don’t walk to this most pleasant gastro treat!“

You have donated pizzas all over the community, but just today, I learned you will be donating pizza to our children at St. Kateri for their last Field day of the school's existence! Typically the children would be given hot dogs, watermelon, and freeze pops, but we were told this year there was no money to do so...as many already know, the school is closing down for good (as St. Kateri that is). It will become Chesterton Academy, and our loving school community is officially disbanded at the end of this school year, all needing to find new homes...children and teachers alike! When we learned that yet one more tradition was coming to an end, you swooped in and came through for our children. Just received an email that you will be providing pizza for our kids on their Field Day this Wednesday. THANK YOU!!!!!! We are barely holding it together as we watch our children enjoy their school for the last time these next 6 school days, and this is at least one bright spot we can be thankful for in such a sorrowful time!!!“

“My wife and I moved to Rochester 3 years ago from Buffalo and we have been on a never ending pizza search for our “go-to” spot. The majority of spots in this area charge very high prices for not so high quality food. This place has a really solid pizza and the prices remind of what we would have paid in the early 2000’s. Most place are charging upwards of $30 for a large pie. They have a deal on Wednesdays for $18. Non Wednesdays for $21. That’s dam good for this area in this economy. This is about to be the spot if you want good pizza and wings and don’t want to spend a 1/5 of your paycheck to get it.“
