“Great place to eat breakfast or lunch downtown. Their subs are really good and the owner is very friendly. The homemade sub rolls are fresh and they don’t skimp on the fillings. The prices are great. Make sure you check the hours as they are not open for dinner or weekends. Definitely give this place a try for some good local food.“

“Had a plate here last night. 2nd one I’ve had from them and they are amazing. Very well done. My first and all time favorite was Marks, right across the street, but I feel they have slipped over the last few years as have other big names in the area. Great plates are becoming harder to find in rochester. Do yourself a favor and get one of these. I’ll be back.“

“I am embarrassed to say that I have never been in pita pit and they have been here in Rochester forever. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a nice CLEAN store! (Henrietta location) Everything shines in there! We recently ate inside at Chipotle nearby and NEVER AGAIN it was filthy. The food here is fresh and delicious and the service was speedy and friendly. Will be coming here a lot more ! Well done!“
“Firehouse seriously have the best subs. The veggie sub and the tuna sub are my absolute favorite. The chili is spot on and I refuse to believe someone’s grandmother isn’t in their kitchen making it. The Mac and cheese is bomb too. We order from them at least 2-3 a week! Never disappointed! Highly recommend!“
“Today was my first time visiting the new Jersey Mike’s establishment on Monroe Ave in Rochester NY. At the time we had arrived,there were only three employees behind the counter with a full line and lots of online orders coming in…however, the staff handled every customer with EXCEPTIONAL service as quickly as possible—while working together with such patience! and not to mention…the food was amazingly fresh, and delicious. I’ll definitely bring the family back soon! GREAT JOB!“
“Excellent hidden gem within the Eastman museum complex. We didn't plan to have lunch while we visited the museum but after reading the eclectic menu for this restaurant we couldn't resist trying it and we weren't disappointed. Had a chicken sandwich that was a daily special along with their house chips and a pickled egg. All of the food was outstanding and full of flavor. Also had a stuffed cookie which was delicious. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“

“Again, this place was recommended by a friend from the area. When I walked in with a couple at the same time, they ordered with the cashier and I ordered at the kiosk. The kiosk was easy to manage. The staff wasn't friendly at all. No smiles or thank you. I also noticed some tables were dirty and an associate was in a booth watching something on her phone. I don't think she was on break because everything she had no customers she would do that.“
“Of all the options for lunch in Rochester, NY (and there are hundreds), this is CLEARLY my go-to location in Gates. The store is bright and clean, including the tables, chairs, and restrooms. The rolls, cold cuts, dressings, lettuce, etc, are always fresh and delectable looking! And I love being a club member, where I accrue points for application in the future each time I visit. Nate does a good job, and the girls are ALWAYS sweet, friendly, and accommodating. They make it seem like they enjoy their work and meeting the customers, and that is no easy task! My favorite of them all however is Kayla, Jersey Mike's Director of Operations..I think I'm in love with her. If only I were 30 years younger!“

“There was only one worker that we could see in the restaurant. He did a great job job but was doing it also service was slow. Although the matter was an enjoyable experienceWheelchair accessibility: It was completely wheelchair accessible including the bathrooms. They had a barrier so that someone in a wheelchair could not have gotten up to the corner area to see what was being served. I don't know if they think they're helping out the covid situation.“

“The service at Ameils is great so far, for the short time I've been going to Amiels. I even told my sons and they agree the sandwhiches are great , Hovever, Today I went to Ameils March 6th I returned because everything has always been excellent, but today not so! the small young man with the beard that made my sandwhich put hardly nothing on my subs , the sandwhich was flat as a board almost , on my turkey sub , he repeated the same on the roast beef and Turkey sub for my son, my son said said "what happened? !! the sandwhiches you could see it was mostly bread nothing at all like the subs you experience that Ameil makes ,I will think twice before letting him make my sub again very disappointing , when I refer someone I'd hate for them to run into this guy to make there subs , because it would'nt live up to Ameils reputation for excellent quality, not coming from Mr skimpy, chronicles of a skimpy sub.“

“This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike's. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ?....many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can't get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining...very into his job. The "gigantic sub" was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike's (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!PS..they also have to "gigantic subs" for only $25 on game days! What?!!! You have to go today.Parking: Large plaza with plenty of parking and wheel chair accessible spots“
