I got a mini chocolate croissant and an iced dirty horchata with oat milk. It was nice to sit there and read a book while enjoying my delicious drink. They also have a little area in the corner for kids and Ilove how family friendly the place is. I saw a lot of individuals and families come through the doors and all left smiling. I will definitely come again when I’m in the area.“

“Expensive and Way overpriced. Tables could have been bigger. Is a cute friendly like atmosphere place. They did get us right away and the service was friendly. The waffle was pretty good with the cream cheese, whipped cream. It was satisfying. Coffee wasn’t bad but not great. Refreshers were just warm tea. Eclectic furniture and decorations. $1 for an egg and $3 for 4 strawberries that were cut so tiny, it would make you think there were more.“

This past weekend I tried several other salads- Vegetable Tuna, Chicken Salad, Egg whites and spinach, Egg salad and mushrooms and of course sliced Nova and home made cream cheeses. My guests raved! “I have been frequenting the Kookaburra Malverne location on and off for several years. The only downside is they close a bit early for my schedule and they only take cash. Other than that, this location is full of phenomenal humans. The customer service is unparalleled. Every single time that I can remember there that’s been a superb interaction with the baristas and the clientele. Today one is the baristas wishes a client Happy Birthday anniversary wishes and the client was so moved. Heck, I was moved. A couple of months ago I was here and heard a client place an order and received the order and said it wasn’t what she ordered. In many cases folks would get annoyed as they made what the client requested, but the barista was so kind and professional, but mostly so kind and understanding and she remade the clients order and offered the “mistaken” beverage for the client to take at no charge. It was such a great moment to witness. The energy in here is quite welcoming and positive. Our furry babies are welcome and everyone is treated with respect and kindness.

When our PTSA requested a donation for our Supermarket Bingo they didn’t hesitate for a second. 🙏🏽

The chocolate chip cookie with walnuts is the kind of treat that instantly lifts your mood, and the omelettes were perfectly prepared and so delicious. “The Neiman Marcus cafe is a special place for my family and I. How can I not give it 5 stars?? Whether it be lunch during a day at the mall or to celebrate a birthday, Mother’s Day or a graduation we are always treated like family. The manager Sheila greets us with conversion and a smile. The servers are great and Anthony aka Tony is like family to us. My mom is always treated like royalty there. The food selection is great and tasty! We love the popovers with the strawberry butter and the amazing, truly amazing broth. The service it’s great but the food and the people themselves is what makes us continually return. My mom and I love a good Madison Ave salad with a side of conversion with Tony :) thanks for always treating us with kindness!“

The cappuccino was delicious, and I also had a flaky pastry filled with a vanilla custard sauce. Since the cafe is Italian, I cannot refer to it as a croissant. This is one of the few places that is cash only. I look forward to returning, the first chance I can.“
