“The staff is professional quick and always correct. Usually go in for my morning coffee and pastry and then the manager recommended I get the dirty burger for lunch. Gave me one on the house to try and now I’m hooked. Must try !!!“

“Nothing negative about the establishment other than their hours are really inconsistent, as other reviewers have pointed out. I get that as a small business you have to close up when it’s slow but it’s frustrating for patrons to inquire about your closing time frequently. please update your hours to a consistent earlier closing time instead of asking patrons to leave sooner than they anticipated. “I had the pleasure to enjoy the food here at Toastique. The food was delicious, I tried the Spicy crab toast, it was the best tasty presentation of real crab meat with fine vegetables. The juices are healthy mixes of real fresh fruit. I tried the spicy Margarita, super tasty drink! The place is nicely updated, modern look, service was excellent, friendly and very welcome environment! Great place to enjoy some time with friends or family.“

This past weekend I tried several other salads- Vegetable Tuna, Chicken Salad, Egg whites and spinach, Egg salad and mushrooms and of course sliced Nova and home made cream cheeses. My guests raved! “Honestly parking here is HORRIBLE because it’s located in a shopping center with a few other businesses/ restaurants so I would say best to park outside the lot. I ended up parking 2 blocks away which was far for this area. The cafe is small and can easily be missed. They’re a lot of seating and wasn’t busy so service was quick. They’re blueberry matcha was a special and when I received it I didn’t think I would like it as much since I’m not a fan of anything with pulp and the blueberry had pulp bits but you can tell it’s super fresh. After my first sip I can’t wait to go back for more because it was THAT good. Probably the best blueberry matcha I’ve ever had. I love places like this - little hole in the wall spots that just slap! Would recommend but it is far from me so I would have to make the 25 min drive (without traffic) just for this cafe. Wish the matcha was a little stronger so I would probably do double matcha next time but it did work well with the recipe for the drink. Would highly recommend giving this a try. I saw they have strawberry matcha too so maybe I’ll get both next time“

“From the moment we were seated Darwin & Al took great care of us. Our cocktails were soooo good followed by burrata , Cesar salad which were delicious! I had filet mignon which was done to my liking and the 2 sauces were a great enhancement! My husband had the special, halibut which was also delish. We ended dinner with banana fosters! Yum. “My party of four dined at Pelican Room, and overall, we had a really good experience. Our waiter was outstanding, and the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive.

I ordered two daiquiris, but I’m fairly certain they were actually margaritas. No complaints from me, though, because I love a good margarita! The casual food items were the real standouts. The pizza and burgers were amazing, and everyone in our group really enjoyed them. We also decided to take a chance on the $50 steak, but unfortunately, that was the one disappointment of the meal. My husband is a big steak guy, and he didn’t feel it lived up to the price or the description on the menu. Aside from the steak, we really enjoyed our visit. Great service, great staff, and some really delicious food. I’d definitely return, especially for the pizza and burgers!“
