“I have a gluten allergy, the girl who took my order was very sweet and ensured that the kitchen knew an allergy order was coming through. The other girl who handed us our food made sure my burger was in a separate bag. I was super impressed and felt well taken care of. The burger was also delicious, and I felt great after eating which is a treat when you have Celiac! 10/10 would recommend.

“My partner and I have been to the Aviary many times and we are always excited at the prospect of going again. Last night we had an absolutely lovely day-after-Valentine’s dinner there. Cocktails, appetizers, mains, all fabulous. At first I was disappointed that the fantastic steelhead trout I had there recently wasn’t on the menu, but the short ribs were a terrific alternative. Nick serves a wonderful cocktail and, at this point, he even knows what we like. We enjoyed being in the nest and appreciated that the staff agreed to seat us side-by-side so we both had a view of that beautiful room. Service was excellent, as we have come to expect. No photos, b/c I left my phone at home so as to just be there. Thanks, all.“

This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!“

“Not my first review of this fabulous restaurant and it won’t be my last! Pico de Gallo was my first choice for my birthday dinner and it never disappoints! Perfect margarita and guacamole with house made crisp chips. Dinner was vegetable enchiladas filled with broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower floret. This dish was topped with melted cheese, fresh cotillo cheese and house made tomatillo sauce. The sauce was sweet with a bit of a kick! All served by accommodating, friendly staff. “We stopped in for a large pizza on a Saturday afternoon after visiting our son who resides in Valatie. The pizza was great and service was very good Great value for the price.“

“This is a diner. A diner diner. We enjoyed our visit and the friendly staff and other folks eating. The 4 stars is because one of our team did not care for her food, and wanted a thicker shake. The other said onion rings were soggy from old oil. The fish is fun In that they are fish logs. It was a diner. I like diners!“

“Since moving here from NYC earlier this year, this is our go-to Chinese food place, the food is always excellent and fast. Generally we order at the counter and wait 10-15 minutes. They always go out of their way to check if they have eggplant for my favorite dish (beef w/ eggplant & garlic sauce.“

“Our waitress was fantastic. There were 5 of us and she had no problem doing separate checks. The food was awesome we had brushetta, onion rings, spinach salad, Cesar salad, cheese quesadilla and a Swiss burger. Everything was delicious and we had a great time. I'll go back again.“

My only complaint was that for a restaurant at that price point (but honestly, I would feel the same at any price point) - I was completely shocked to discover that the side of mashed potatoes I ordered were INSTANT and not real potatoes! I don’t know that I’ve ever been served instant before, even at chain restaurants. Despite that, the rest of my meal was tasty though.“
