“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“This Dunkin is better than most. They put more frosting on their vanilla & strawberry frosted donuts. Their blueberry donuts are good but the pumpkin donuts are a bit dry. They definitely got my butter pecan coffee correct with a generous amount of sweetener. The multigrain bagel was slighly burned for my egg & cheese but I used a bunch of ketchup to nullify it.“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“

“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. Nice place.

“Yesterday I was rushing like normal, but I went to Dunkin’ Donuts to get an iced coffee and I accidentally left my wallet with all my money in it. I showed up the next day and before I could even ask for if they remembered exactly who I was and returned my wallet to me with everything in it. The employees are extremely honest and polite here. I highly recommend you choose to Dunkin’ Donuts for its quality service and atmosphere.“

But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

“I’m a local to this dunkin’, I come here just about every day and it’s great don’t get me wrong, in my experiences with the mobile ordering service my order is usually incorrect, takes way to long, was waiting in there for 50-80 minutes one time :/
The food is not bad i feel like when you eat it everyday for weeks straight it gets a little unappetizing but that’s my personal opinion. The workers there are great, always kind but there is usually some kind of language barrier. Other than that, great place, recommend coming here, always nice locals and a good atmosphere.

Kid-friendliness: Great Baskin-Robbin’s , always seems like a kid-friendly option if nothing on the Dunkin’ menu catches your kid’s eye.“

“Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

The website states opens @ 5 am but they are never there until 600 am … recently placed and order on 10/ 02 at 619 am for a 6 dollar deal … upon arrival 12 mins later the counter person states my coffee isn’t ready …. Then she asks me if I’m going to tip her !!!!! Never in 55 years of going to any take out venue has a server asked for a tip …. Something has to change …..“

Rather then like other places where they give whatever they want.The lady i talked through phone was really nice and humble and had a good communication skills. “One of my favorite Dunkin' Donuts, it doesn't have the drive-thru, which stinks, and there is usually really bad parking in the area, so I either recommend going on foot if you live nearby, or having someone wait in the car while you run into pick up drinks or order. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, and very quick, which helps given how terrible the parking situation can be. In my personal opinion, don't try to double-park and risk it, because there are tons of meter maids in that immediate area.“
