“I wouldn't have imagined describing a Subway as lovely, but this location is so welcoming and nice to go to. I've come here for lunch a handful of times throughout the year and the staff are always friendly, polite, and upbeat. The sandwiches are delicious and the extra cookie brings a smile to my face every time. The place is clean and fresh. The lot is small but I never have trouble finding a place to park. I love this spot!“

“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“I just ordered a spicy Italian footlong at 2:45pm. The food and service were both great.

It was raining outside and the woman who made the food was very nice when I explained to her I was waiting inside for the cab. I asked her to write down her name on a piece of paper to do this review, although the paper was ruined due to rain.

I used to live in a smaller city in California and pretty much all of the subways there had bad customer service and the owners were not that great but this Subway they are so nice. Blimpies seems to be housed in other stores. Before this time, I found it in a twin donut on 161st and it was 16 dollars. The one on Gunhill and Bainbridge Avenue is in a store named Tasty Picks and was the normal 13 dollars.“

“I really enjoy this subway location. There is very easy street parking on the corner of the building, and their food is excellent. The subs are very tasty and all of the ingredients are very fresh. I also love their chocolate chip cookies! They also have some very friendly staff as well.“

But I was presently surprised this is actually a very nice Subway the guy working at the counter was very friendly and they had everything we wanted. “Crystal is a true leader and customer experience ChAMPION! Ordering online was challenge. I was ordering for 14 people.. I called the location for help. The man that answered offered me his bosses cell number as my order was to BIG to take during the “lunch rush” hour . I was placed on hold and Crystal joined the call. She offered solutions, looked for ways to help and most importantly was able to complete my order with a smile. The team of people working when I arrived were all very nice and asked Crystal how they can help with the large order. I was very satisfied with the service and treatment at the Subway.
