But two guys who work there always nice with me. Orders always ready for pick up, drinks always fixed in the cart box.
Pick up counter always clean.
Sometimes I’m using a restroom (I’m sorry): it’s always clean.
I think, guys taking care of the place.
Maybe sometimes they are looking tired.
But they are hard workers.

“Local deli! Friendly staff. Definitely took a little longer than expected for the sandwiches to come out. Flavor was great! A little pricy for what it was. About $30 for one sausage sandwich half size and one pork sandwich full size + a coke. I would return if in the area. I think the pork sandwich could benefit from some slaw of sorts. Would suggest placing the order ahead of time to save time.“

“I stopped in and got a Bronx Bomber after seeing a review online of it. The sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the roast beef was melt in your mouth, the peppers and onions perfectly complimented the sandwich. I’ve driven past this sandwich shop for almost 3 years now and my only wish is I would have stopped in sooner. I will definitely be back.“

“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“I have been meaning to try this place for a while now and lucky for me, I was down in Elmsford today.

It is a takeout place so don't expect the ambiance of a restaurant. However, the owner is super friendly.

The focaccia bread and mozzarella were homemade and taste it amazing.

I can't wait to go back.“

Vegetarian options: Veggie Patty loaded up with veggies!! It was on weight watchers for a recommended sandwich (6in, lite mayo) - that's why years ago I tried it...I love it!!!

Parking: It's in a small plaza with plenty of parking.

“Emmanuel and his staff are the pinnacle of excellence. Always polite and respectful, energy is always positive, and they treat their customers like human beings. They don’t seem bothered to be there and they’re glad you stopped by. In repetitive conversation (that comes along with multiple visits), you see they are exceptional human beings. The service is top notch and the food is great, always fresh. Clean store too. If this location isn’t his/theirs, I hope they franchise their own location soon. They deserve that and more.“

“Always love this place!!!! My coworkers and I frequent here, at least twice a week! The food is always fresh and the staff works hard to produce quickly and efficiently. Daily lunch specials, fresh sandwiches and wedges, custom made salads and freshly brewed coffee and iced tea daily! Absolutely no complaints or anything negative to say about Deli Expressions! They hold the patent on the Landi's wedge, which is a Yonkers institution. Do yourself a favor and EAT AT DELI EXPRESSIONS!!!!!“

“I brought 2 blimpies best sandwiches. I was so happy when I realized there is a blimpies 2 minutes from Montefiore hospital. I haven't had my favorite sandwich in years. Blimpies seems to be housed in other stores. Before this time, I found it in a twin donut on 161st and it was 16 dollars. The one on Gunhill and Bainbridge Avenue is in a store named Tasty Picks and was the normal 13 dollars.“

“I really enjoy this subway location. There is very easy street parking on the corner of the building, and their food is excellent. The subs are very tasty and all of the ingredients are very fresh. I also love their chocolate chip cookies! They also have some very friendly staff as well.“

But I was presently surprised this is actually a very nice Subway the guy working at the counter was very friendly and they had everything we wanted. “This is maybe the only subway I've ever gone to that regularly seems overstaffed, not horribly understaffed. This place will get busy but they work hard to keep it moving. Always ready with pickup orders and have a good track record for accuracy. This is a solid franchise location.“
