“I went with a friend for the first time and we had a really good experience. They let us try a few of their flavors and I have to say, that made the decision even harder, they were all delicious! The place is small but we were able to sit inside, I love the mural they have in the ceiling of some Yonkers iconic places.“

“The new ressee ice cream thing (forgot the name) it’s like a sundae/blizzard combo sorta, you eat with spoon… it’s shown as brown ice cream (not vanilla) which it is, just vanilla soft serve with peanut butter syrup.. I thought that it was peanut butter ice cream (which would have been better) it was still pretty good though but pretty expensive for a small cup of averaged ice cream.. $8 an some change ?♀️?♀️“

“I LOVE this place! The 2 workers are so kind and respectful. Am an ice cream lover so when I found out it's just a 5 minute walk I was coming almost every week lol. “I always purchased churros for my brother from here and I had to try the milkshakes! I've had 2 this week and they were delicious!! (S'mores and Brownie Milkshake) There's so many flavor combos to choose from. The young lady who works there is always friendly and the place is spotless. She's a master at that milkshake machine. I blinked and it was ready. Definitely a hidden gem here in Larchmont. My co workers at Larchmont Public Library are definitely going to give this place a try after being super jealous of me walking in w my mixed enerJy shake. ????

“Awesome place! Went here for a scoop with a couple coworkers after a hard day at work. I really appreciated their prices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The kiddie scoop was three bucks, whether you got hard scoop or soft serve. I got coffee hard scoop. Most places have a surcharge for hard scoop, but this place doesn’t. I appreciate that kind of honest pricing. There are tables to sit at that are shaded and service was good. Coworker got their version of a blizzard and said it was really good. This place keeps it simple and does ice cream well.“

“Thrilled to find a shop serving ACTUAL gelato in Westchester. While their product can't compete with what you'd find in Rome, it is legitimately gelato and not ice cream masquerading as such - texture is dense and a little chewy, with very intense flavor. Pistachio and coffee were the winning flavors on our recent visit. Well worth a stop if you are in the area!“

“The cookies are good but a bit over rated. I love the cool flavors and the fact that the menu changes weekly but sometimes the cookies are way too sweet. There is usually a long line at this location but the employees are pretty fast so the wait is never more than 5-10 minutes. It would be nice if there were places to sit inside the establishment.“

“Absolutely love the coconut taro sundae. Seasonal and limited edition ice cream flavors are super fun, and the lattes are good as well. Matcha Cafe Maiko has indoor seating, though the limited seats may be filled during peak hours. The prices are a little high as well, but I enjoy the ice cream enough to keep coming back.“

“My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!“

“This is a well-organized self-service ice cream shop. First, you go to a small station where you choose the size of your ice cream cup. Then you go to the second station to choose the flavor of ice cream you would like. The last station is the table full of diverse toppings you can add to your ice cream. How much your ice cream costs depends on how much your ice cream weighs. The establishment offers drinks and desserts as well as a comfortable seating space. Also offers delivery. “This Carvel is clean, the service is excellent! We take the kids there several times this summer, the choices for flavors are all delicious and tasty, we tried almost every flavor over the time that we have been going there, but the treat that stands out for me is the Dasher with Heath bar pieces; for my kids, they love Birthday Cake and either Cookie Dough or Cake Mix. Parking is a bummer, but we pull into McDonald's and run over to Carvel, the service is so quick that you are back in no time.“
